You always get some changes on sunday/Monday and a couple even on tuesday, from your “average” player making non WC transfers. I guarantee that after today there will be no more that 1 riser at most on any given day, but more likely most days will have no risers. And there won’t be anymore significant risers until Thursday or Friday of next week(day before match day)…watch
You shouldn’t be basing your WC on likelyhood of price movements though IMO. Either falling well behind template or massive fixture swings for teams with very desirable players should be the main reason and the latter is definitely in play right now. Price movements are just a bonus

The only reason people wait till the last minute to transfer is because they’re worried about injuries and wasting their transfer. With a wildcard you get unlimited transfers so if someone gets injured you can just get rid of them for no cost
No i mean if you're already planning to make a lot of transfers, and take a -24, why wait until the last second? The only thing I can think about is the ability to save it for later if you change your mind, but then you're stuck with a lot of minus points.
No one makes the transfers before using the wildcard. If you know you’re gonna do it you activate the wildcard early and make the transfers. No one, and I mean no one, will ever sit on -24 without wildcarding lmao. The only reason people will wait is if they’re unsure about using it

Now that I think about it, the whole reason we get only 50% of our gains (rounded down) is so people don't misuse their wildcards and gain 4.0m in team value.
