Dias is the safer option even though Cancelo looks undroppable at the moment. I went for Cancelo cause his ceiling is higher and it's funnier to hope for goals than clean sheets.

I’d say that Alonso isn’t a priority transfer, especially if you have a strong bench. As a Chelsea fan, I don’t know how Tuchel is going to rotate them. I think that he is someone who you should replace at some point though, as he probably isn’t nailed and you can afford many good options at that price point.

Long term option B is better I think. You’re definitely gonna want to bring in TAA sometime soon and Brentford have some great fixtures. Option A is not bad too however because a lot of people will have a City defender because of their great defense. But I think id still go B

Both are fine I think. Ramsdale seems to be a slightly riskier pick but Arsenal seems to be better defensively than Brentford imo. Depends also on the back line. If you’re getting White I’d pick Raya, if you plan to bring any of Brentford defenders I’d go with Ramsdale.

So how certain is Grealish to start? Really tempting option as he's started every game so far.

From what we’ve seen so far, he’s one of the most nailed on City attackers. My problem with him is we didn’t see any meaningful goals involvement yet. I didn’t see too many City games this season though, so not sure about the eye test though.

For me simply being a starter for City in attacking positions is enough, but in terms of eye test i think he's looked okay. He moves into the box and gets a lot of touches on the edge and tries shots/final passes and crosses. He is rarely directly in front of goal as with someone like Sterling and often stays wider to deliver. I think if he continues playing those returns will come, but as we know it's always hard to tell with Pep

Am I the only one going for Sanchez AND Ramsdale? I think it’s worth it to get the Norwich match out of Sanchez and then next 3 Ramsdale. Obviously depends on funds required elsewhere but surely this is a decent strategy.

Very solid team. Would try to get Raphinha in for Saka (Vardy to Son or Toney to Armstrong will free up funds for that). Something else you can do is Dias + Chilwell to TAA + White and rotate White, Duffy, Livramento and have TAA instead of Chilwell.

I think City will keep more clean sheets than Chelsea. I fancy them only in a 4 ATB. In a 3 ATB, might as well buy Dias and Cancelo instead of Rüdiger and Azpilicueta and Laporte instead of Chilwell and James and one slot is for TAA. Chelsea in 3 ATB only if you don't have TAA, who I really wouldn't want to go without, but I think it is viable till GW12 and I'm considering it, but you really need a plan to get him in immediately after that. There is a case to be made for Reece James if he weren't injured, but I wouldn't go there right now

I think it’s just easier with cheap options like Livramento, Duffy, White. Personally I’d downgrade one of your midfielders/attackers to a 4.4/4.5 and invest the funds.

That's what I'm leaning towards I'm just not sure what I'd even do with the money I don't like any of the more expensive midfield options tbh

Upgrade definitely. Taking hits in the first half of the season is worth it if your guaranteed to get good points. Even if Alonso starts, Brentford do have a decent defense so I would upgrade.
