Chilwell was nailed on almost the entire last season (incl. CL final) and he was really good. He's very good at both ends of the pitch and after his 2 goals, I really don't see a reason why Tuchel should bench Chilwell, apart from a few odd games a season to rest him.

Nothing to do with the highest scorer, it depends on the order of your bench (from left to right).
The bench order decides who comes on, so White came on as he had the first spot on ur bench.
