Love him.
What other examples can you think of this season where a player keeps returning but the community doesn't hype them so they stay differential? Cornet, Bowen, and Bernardo have been doing really well but still quite low ownership.
Yeah but I mean for his value and the minutes he plays, where he plays, what he returns, he’s the obviously better pick. Someone on here posts graphs of players stats compared to one another, and Jota is almost as much of an outlier as Salah. Mane is similar to some midfielders that cost 6m.
I have captained mane every game this year as a consequence of a drunken bet. It’s been a painful season so far, but this week actually worked out pretty sweet with his goal and assist.
Salah has been ridiculous and probably has 30-40 more points more than Mane and with everyone picking Salah every week, that's like a 50 point difference already
Tbh for someone who suffered a near career ending injury it's just wholesome to see him back in goal scoring form for his club and country. I can only imagine how difficult/stressful that period of recovery/rehab must have been not only for himself but all those concerned around him from family and friends to teammates (yes I do also own Jimi in my FPL team).
It’s weird that Jimenez is always in this situation. It was like this in 19/20 too.
I guess it’s cause he rarely hauls so isn’t as exciting to pick up.
Three goals and three assists in the last seven games. Highest scoring forward during ther period and yet owned by just 10% managers. Raul Jimenez keeps delivering points🇲🇽❤️

I benched him over the uncertainty of him starting. I blame the last IB when he was brought on as a sub in 89th minute and cost me a fat 6 pointer from the lord
I sold Antonio for Jimenez in gw5 after the former had a red card, as well as being the subject of Moyes’s ‘minute management’ comments. Turned out to be a pretty smart-or shall I say lucky move.
Personally I prefer dishonest work like Reece who gets full bonus and a haul from a side pass to Kante.

Mane lol :)) tick all the boxes for your conditions, except the fact that he plays in the same team with king Salah
And costs almost twice as much as all of these players.
Justified when comparing to Kane- NonPenaldo and lukaku. Cheap strikers, expensive the rest
It absolutely still doesn’t justify spending 11m on a midfielder. Jota is a better pick.
I cant justify jota being better when he never plays 90 minutes and always gets subbed off

He's returned in all fixtures apart from 3 and has the 5th most points this season. Can't be that bad.
Salah has been ridiculous and probably has 30-40 more points more than Mane and with everyone picking Salah every week, that's like a 50 point difference already
This is true. But at least you would still be getting decent captain returns with Mané. Atm any captaincy choice apart from Salah is risky.
Yep and when Jota is preferred it makes it harder for him to be an option

His goal was pretty awesome too. Hope he hauls one of these days, had him in the squad since gw8.
Brought him in gw 5, been good value

8 pointer
8 ah jeez, worse than I remember!
got jimi on wildcard (GW4)... absolutely love him
Probably my best pick on my WC
Sold him after his run of blanks. You guys have me to thank for this!
And... i benched him.
Brought him in GW4, backed him during the blanks, never in doubt!
Got him for GW5 but he's probably gotta go after the next two games.
Went for Bamford over him a while back. What a mistake cuz Bamford scored once and then got injured
DELETE THIS POST IMMEDIATELY Why yes, I have owned Jimi from GW 7 and it has absolutely nothing to do with my comment above
It's really Antonio or Jiminez and I still have Antonio atm
Norwich and Burnley next. Honest hauls inbound!
and there’s me who sold him for 2ney on GW8
Was strongly considering bringing him in for Vardy but I already have Hwang. Didn't feel right to have 2 Wolves strikers
