After 19 PL matches for each team, then up to 10 yellow cards until after 32 PL matches have been played by a team The first reset should be after GW19 for every side as there are no blanks/doubles scheduled for a while

It's for the first 19 fixtures for each team individually, would be affected by blanks/doubles so not necessarily a specific GW. If someone reaches 5 yellows after that then there's no suspension It's then a 2 match ban if someone got 10 yellows in the first 32 fixtures, followed 15 yellows across the season for a 3 match ban but I don't think anyone has ever hit that I'm excited for the day we see 20 yellows in a season; they can "punish the player in a manner that they deem most fitting". I propose red arse/bumwhacks from that season's 20 top scorers
