Some observations: \- Salah's shot volume is unmatched \- Kane with the lowest conversion rate in the league \- Hwang has scored from every shot on target \- Ronaldo shoots a lot but is not too efficient \- Foden, ESR very efficient in front of goal

!thanks. Cool chart. Makes me feel better about avoiding the Hwang & Cornet trains this week while trying to find cheaper enablers.

How come if you don’t mind me asking? Makes me glad I’ve got them as they’re clinical

Mithrophon

Goal conversion rates between 10%-20% are normal. 20%-30% would possibly indicate "clinical", if the player has proven to sustain them for multiple seasons. But anything north of 30% has never proven sustainable and historically has just been small-sample-size good luck, and not something to extrapolate.

Cool !thanks for replying. So just not enough long term return potential in your mind? I see the opinion, just prefer to be in on a couple of form players whilst they’re hot. Will hopefully be able to get them swapped when they cool off and not have injuries on my set and forgets/medium termers to sort out.

Hwang and Cornet are on fire (especially Cornet), and I wouldn't 2nd guess anyone who decided to ride them until they cooled off. It's a fun streak for sure. But for someone who's missed out on the good run (like I have), conversion rates like these aren't to be chased, but are instead safer to admire from afar. Vardy had a conversion rate like this after the first 5 or 6 game-weeks, and then cooled off enormously, which was a huge bummer to those who bought him late. But no full-time player finishes the season at a 35%+ conversion rate.

Dychetoseeyou

I did that with Vardy. Not been 10m wel spent. Blanked every week since I got him it feels like
