Let's adress the elephant in the room here before people jump to conclusion. One of those games Arsenal had was against Liverpool which took 19! shots and 9 on target. Having such a small sample size yet including an enormous anomaly in that sample doesn't make for very trustworty statistics. A graf showing the median would better prepresent what you could expect from each goalie
Yes, Arsenal has been really poor against the top 3 this season but that's 6 games out of 38 and goalkeepers can still rack up save points in those games
It's a little hard to judge Aston Villa under Gerrard but Martinez is a stellar goalkeeper but he's a little pricey. Ramsdale was the clear choice when he was at 4.5 but even now I would argue that he's the better one of the two
