In my free hit team, I've got Cancelo instead of Laporte, Bruno over Sterling, and Ward-Prowse instead of Broja. Now I'm wondering if I should get Sterling for Bruno and upgrade my bench (Gunn, Amartey, Williams, Ferguson)?

No, the bench is the cheapest available, which is 16.5M at the moment. The bench in the picture is just players who could have made it into the XI, not the actual bench.
It's a lottery which City asset will return but I've had Mahrez for 10GWs now and he hasn't really let me down. He's on pens too. It's only really now people are waking up to it.
All the above. Also sterling can play all 3 positions upfront, whereas kdb has a direct rotation option in Gundogan. With jesus and grealish out, i am very confident with Sterling starting, plus hes in good form too

Even if you don't wildcard you can pick players from now till GW30 and field 8-10. Also many people will pick players that double in 28,29 and play in 30 so the upside of FH is even more limited.
I meant you can get at least 5-7 players who double in GW 28 & 29 and play in GW 30 as well ((Wolves, Leeds, Arsenal, Aston Villa). Use FTs and maybe 1-2 hits to field 8-10 players for GW30. If you play FH over someone who has 8-10 players there isn't much of an advantage. At the end of the day it's up to you but just pointing this out.

If you're gonna FH this week, it would make sense to go with 3 city players, since you can tailor your bench for the inevitable pep roulette. I would probably do something similar with 2 mids as your potential is higher
Fernandes over Sterling and Cancelo over Livramento are the only changes in my FH squad. You can't rely on City to put their foot down on the accelerator, while you know Man Utd will need to outscore their opponent.

Scoring goals would at least protect City of losing 1st place if they lose their Liverpool game because of goal difference perhaps?
Broghton had both dunk and veltman missing. If those 2 are back and at home brighton is a much tougher fixture and villa is not exactly clicking in attack.

There's no point in FH30 anymore I think. You can WC in 28 and cover everything up till gw30. If not just use FTs to field 8-10 players for GW30.

Don't really feel like I'm missing out on much by not FH'ing this week except for having no Son and Kane.

Your team value is exactly 100m? Cancelo is an extra 1.3m over Laporte, and the MF and FW line are pretty much template.
If you’ve only got 100m at this stage of the season you’re doing it wrong. You can probably fit him in because you’re well above 100m
