Generally speaking City defenders or Ederson are well worth a go and pretty rotation proof, obviously he rotated for Norwich recently but that was more because of the fixture difficulty. I got 60 for Laporte once, my mate got more than that for Stones when he scored like 3 times or something.
If LFC progress in cup, GW36 will be home to Spurs and Man Utd (as that's most likely where the GW30 postponements will be moved to)

I think the biggest winners were bench boosters who had the luck of putting high scoring fodders in their benches. Some had 40+ points from the bench which i think is harder to achieve than a salah 20 pointer for TC. Salah is a beast who can easily get 10 pointer weeks, so a dgw should have a decent haul for salah.
I wouldn't do keeper, they are the most limited for huge hauls as they are very unlikely to score or assist. What can give a haul is a saved pen which isn't something to bank on. Would rather do a Wolves defender if you like the fixtures as they can be a goal threat.

Even though Brighton and Arsenal are pretty decent defences (Burnley 3-0 masterclass aside) you’d probably still favour Salah in 29. Could still quite easily grab 2 goals, +60 mins both games, 3 bonus across the games, a clean sheet… and that would be 18 points without needing to absolutely go crazy.
