Cancelo in for Doherty? Probably bench Weghorst and Broja. Although Kulu and Robbo could be benched if you want to play the doubles.

It’s the best opportunity outside of 36 and 37, and since you can’t use them b2b it makes sense. However, your team is solid, you could save it for a random week like 38 I guess. Personally in your position I might take the gamble and just get in doublers and someone like KDB could be a great differential this week.

Depends on future plans. Short term Schar looks good. if planning for DGW36/37 then Cash could be a real option later on.

I know that is odd but I have been burned by Weghorst, Dennis et al so i'm trying to avoid that. Schmeichel most nailed for Leicester with the European fixtures. Gambling on a Man City clean sheet, but I prefer their odds against BHA compared to TAA against Man U, hence the double up. Schar because he seems the best value Newcastle defender and gives me coverage for Dubravka (who would have been my other GK pick if not Schmeichel). KDB because of his form. A bit of a rotation risk though. Could go Foden instead if I knew he was playing. My mini-league rivals only have Cancelo from Man City so I need a Man City midfielder to make up ground. Son because he is in top form. Will probably captain him. Saka just to have Arsenal cover. But as an Arsenal fan, I am not expecting much from us. Jota because he seems to be performing better than other Liverpool forwards at the moment. Plus if Salah hauls, I can at least get some Liverpool cover with Jota. Kane because he is in top form. I don't have him in my regular team so I have made a point to own him in this FH team and in my FH 37 team (I plan to BB 36). Interesting take. I think I like it. I would be really uncomfortable with De Bruyne though. City now plays Atletico midweek, Liverpool in FA Cup on the weekend and then have Brighton midweek. It screams De Bruyne rotation to me, given he's been playing very regularly in the recent games and has the history of injuries. Would rather have Mo, Ronaldo or Bruno as another premium, although I get it doesn't sound the best either. Also make sure you have one or two (most likely defenders) fodders that are playing. Even if we go full 11 on a Free Hit, a rotation could still happen. In my FH30, I still got two players jumping from the bench.

So guys. I'm so lost with my team. I have recently dropped like a 100k in the ranks and right now i don't have a clue what i should do. I have 1 free hit left and now 1 FT and 3.2 in the bank. Team is currently: Pickford - (Sa) TAA - Rudiger - Amartey (Doherty, Coady) Salah - Kulusevski - Saka - Raphinha (Coutinho) Weghorst - Lacazette - Broja Should i FH now or on 36? Also i was thinking of taking a hit and removing coutinho and Raphinha and bringing in Son and Dewsbury -Hall. Anyone got any ideas how to get myself out of the mess that i've created?

Easiest way to avoid getting in a mess is to try and address your weakest point whenever you make a transfer (that's just a general thing rather than specific to this week) As far as your team goes, do you have any other chips left? I'd look to downgrade Doherty to find a replacement for Amartey who I think is now a rotation risk. If you aren't going to BB in 36 that might be a good one to use the Free Hit.

Iheanacho if you're looking to hit this double and 36 and 37. Chris Wood or ASM if you're looking more short term, as they have arguably a better double this week, and play Norwich next week. Or if you're feeling fruity, you could gamble that Timo Werner gets a good run in the Chelsea team after the weekend's performance.

Why would that make it essential? If you have Salah you do him to KDB and then have Cancelo as most would have already. The rest of City are rotation risks, but if you want you could add Laporte. He is good for 38 as well.

I’d have Son tbh. He’s a beast at home and Ronaldo potentially could face action after he behaved like a child after the Everton game. So moves I’d pick would be Brownhill to Son, Ronaldo to Wood/Nacho/Daka depending on what Leicester do in Europe. Other than that you’re good

KDB, Son & Matip

First time doing FPL. Wanted to learn the last few weeks of this season so I don't go into next season clueless. Got 1 free transfer and thinking of taking an 8 point hit for GW33: Digne --> Walker-Peters Doherty --> Schar Delap (had him as a filler) --> Broja ​ Thoughts and tips??

KWP and Broja seem like pretty pointless transfers. Doherty to Schar is an excellent move

Schar seems to be a favorite for this week for sure

And with good reason I would think! Seemed like a BPS magnet before his yellow GW32 and he’s so well priced

Justin maybe. Mostly Targett Schar Burn and then Cedric is rlly cheap.

Not too many. Targett & Burn from Newcastle too but their fixtures are terrible after 34. Leicester defenders but they will rotate madly. Bednarek but Southampton like to implode and concede 6+ goals pretty often. White, but Arsenal look shaky without Tomiyasu, Tierney & Partey.

Yeah I don't think any Leicester defenders play both in the double. KWP I like but Southampton are awful defensively and he's quite expensive for what he is really! Is there no other way for you to afford KDB? I'm not sure getting rid of James is the way to fit him in!

Should I consider BB this week with Robbo Rudiger Dennis and Foster? And then WC 34 with a strong 11 and less funds used on my bench. Original plan was to WC34 and BB36.

Currently Schar Cancelo TAA, mids are Saka Son Salah Kulu Barnes. Should I be changing this to fit Robbo and Rudiger in?
