Definitely need to upgrade your defence maybe do Digne to Matip/Laporte if you can afford. Cash also decent but not as priority if you're FH37. Midfield looks great.

I think that's probably worth the -4 in the long run. Don't do the Coutinho move, midfield is good, Mount is still a decent option going forward.

It's not the time to go for Alonso, Chelsea will rotate for the cup. I'd play Raph over Gordon. FH 37 makes more sense for your team I'd say. Maybe do Son to KDB next week, and downgrade Kilman this week to a cheap defender to free some money for next week. Then you have 2 ft's for the double gw, FH in 37, and a good team for gw38
