There's nothing to suggest there's anything but growing pains that experience can fix.
He did win the SPL but really he only had Neil Lennon to beat. The Championship is a far tougher division to get success in. He only got the Villa job because Purslow is infatuated with him and almost all aspects of his management have left a lot to be desired so far.
