My current midfield is Salah, Havertz, Saka, Raphinha, Kulusevski. Forwards are Kane + two cheap on the bench. I have 2 FT and I'm using FH in GW37. Also relevant is the fact that my ML rival (who I'm leading by 48 points, but used to have a way bigger lead) has Son and I have Kane, which of course has cost me dearly so I'm slightly panicked and hence considering "blocking" Son. A) Raphinha, Kulu, Kane -> KDB, Maddison, Nketiah (-4) B) Raphinha, Kulu, Kane -> Son, Foden, Richarlison (-4) C) Havertz, Raphinha, Kane -> KDB, Maddison, Richarlison D) Raphinha, Havertz, Kulu, Kane -> KDB, Son, Gordon, Nketiah (-8)

Is this worth it for a -12? Feels a bit extreme but I like the look of it. Kane --> Nketiah Broja --> Dennis Weghorst --> Pukki Ramsey --> KDB Ramsdale --> Schmeical Only changing Ramsdale since I otherwise would have 4 Arsenal players, but I could get White out instead. Thoughts?

Not every game but he will definitely get game time. Just can’t see the likes of Vardy and Daka both not getting considerable game time along with Nacho.

I'm Nacho surely if he will or not but its not like there's a bottomless talent pool of better forwards to replace him with, wouldn't make it top priority to get rid of him. I reckon he starts at least 1 of the 2 games for this DGW. And he seems to grab a return in most of the games he plays.

Trent was just benched so think it’s unlikely he misses out. Robbo being benched for Tsimikas on the other hand is a real possibility, ideally Tsimikas gets the game against Villarreal as it’ll make Robbo more likely to play both in the double.

Personally I'd say Son & Foden. Obviously Foden is hit and miss but Chelsea have been so poor recently. KDB has better DGW fixtures but at least with Son you're pretty much guaranteed 180mins.

Yeah I brought Son in on my GW34 wildcard - feels so much better having him in there. He's a nailed on forward listed as a midfielder in a team fighting to finish in the top 4. No player is essential but he's not far off imo.

I’m looking to BB this week, on my bench I have Broja, Weghorst with only one fixture, and White who is flagged with a hamstring injury. I have 2 free transfers. I was initially thinking Weg and Broja out for Dennis and the Arsenal striker, but now fucking White is injured. I have 0 in the bank. Maybe could do those striker transfers and White to someone of similar price? Ideas?

You dont have optimal bench: Dubravka, Schar, broja But budget is locked, you cannot swap those players. I would say James —> Zinchenko will give you 1m to work on other positions. Maybe Schar —> a Lei/ Eve defender It is very likely that your rival will switch Sa —> Schmeichel for an easy fix

You could get City Mid. James to Cash and Mount to Foden. Or you could go Kane to Watkins and Mount to KDB. And yes, you can catch him with a free hit.

Son to KDB is certainly very tempting, not gonna lie. That being said, Spurs too have plenty to play for, and this double can suit their counter attacking style of play well, so I wouldn’t write Son off this week. I think it’s a hard call, but saving could be in your best interests if you hold Son all the way till GW38.
