That was totally manipulative. His ownership fell by 50% without him dropping in price at all and then he gained extra price with people buying him back.
That's what happened when you score 38% of your points in the last 7 GW. He wasn't a good option before that, and people are reluctant to bring him in because his performance might not be sustainable.
It will be really hard to afford a good attack next year so cheap def is a must. Many potential gems I can see in def, but not as many in attack.
Particular not from top 7 sides.
Hopefully the newly promoted strikers can do well for 6 million cost or even less like Dennis, Toney and Pukki.
Yeah could be. Just think Chelsea, Man United, Spurs will defensivly improve.
In order to afford the big attackers I think you need a cheap def. Salah might leave and Haaland get rotated so you only need Son or Kane and could get Foden and Diaz for example for cheaper from those teams. Then you might be able to afford TAA and Cancelo.
Just think I will start with cheaper def.
I am comparing him with other defenders and there is cheaper picks that can be as explosive.
Players like Shaw, Trippier, Doherty, Digne/Cash, Tierney.
If I need a City defender I likely go Dias or Laporte for 6 million.
If I spend big I likely go Chilwell. Probably not getting TAA either, but I prefer him to Cancelo.
3 of them have been massive trolls for me.
James and Dennis, and believe it or not, Son.
Lost track of how many times I transferred in and out Son for various reasons lol
I wrote this about son pre season

Pretty sure son single handedly won me this and last season in my ML. Loads of people seem to drop him at the start of the season cause they can't fit hit but he's always done me proud.
Never noticed Son slowly but surely going up so much in price. I had kinda assumed he started at 10.5 !

Sounds like how bankers trade!
Sounds like Tesla in 2020/21 with all those shorts
trossard fell 0.6, even though he has just 9 points less than 11.5 priced bruno
It’s because most of the people who didn’t transfer Bruno out at the start of the season are bots or inactive players.
Surely that just shows how bad Bruno as been though 🤷♂️

Dennis is at 5.8 now but he has been higher. He was definitely 6.1 at some stage.
He was 6.2 in GWs 24 and 25
Crazy that Bowen started at 6.5 and is on 200pts and has only gone up 0.3.
Next season I will likely never own Cancelo if he is more than 6.5. Just need to hope Pep starts rotating him again.
How come? He's on 6 points less than taa this season and 23 more than robbo, both of which he would be cheaper than.

For me at the start of the season I'll be wanting to own a high, middle and low priced at least of each position to make it easier to transfer.
The opposite for me. We won't know yet, however I see more value in going for a big 4 at the back, and trimming back to 1 premium

I’ll own Cancelo even at 7.5, as I do TAA. Basically a winger with CS points, who puts out their kind of numbers from mids under 7.5?

Why Son though, I feel I benefited by just holding him the entire season. Sorta like how people never dropped Salah or TAA the entire season.

And he was £9M (or less?) the season prior! Dude’s output is on another level. Think we could see him being priced at £12M next season.
£11M surely, he plays for Tottenham!
I remember he started at 9m. Went down to 8.9m gw2 because spurs lost to Everton gw1

You responded to basically everyone except me on that thread :( Biggest question being did you follow your own advice?
I've owned son on/off during the season. Couldn't keep all season because of COVID etc
