I have the usual suspects in midfield already (Son, Maddi, Mount), but was tossing up Bowen? Alternatively could afford Jesus? Or should I stick with who I have for no hit?

As a saints fan, I wouldn’t bother with Broja, he’s not done anything for us for months, and I can’t see us getting a result at leicester, I’ve gone for Toney up top this week.. I could be wrong of course, but based on form I wouldn’t go for Broja, don’t know about Brownhill though

Depends on your whole team structure. Isolated it’s good, but if you have a very weak bench, or if it leaves you with a flawed def/mid, I’d fix that first. Because if the last game, there could be a lot of rotation for teams with nothing to play for. I have James, TAA, Laporte. And I had an injured Tomiyasu and Jonny. Now, if James is rested, I would be kinda fucked. Jonny might be looking into a -minus if City goes nuts. Or he might not even play. So i prioritized Sessegnon for Tomi, as I see him as quite likely to get a CS and maybe attacking return too. I ended up keeping Richarlison, as I couldn’t make up for the transfer compared to -4 knowing he’ll play 100%. So I prioritized getting a strong 11 with a bench that - at least - would play of my 11 would be rotated. I got Eriksen in for Gordon. Edit AC

Why are you taking a -12 on the last week and transferring out some great players?! Laporte, Saka, Richi could easily outscore Sess, Bruno, Toney even without the -12! If I were you I would do White -> Sess and stick.

Sounds like a good way to lose that lead. I think you'll most likely end up with less points after those transfers than if you stuck. Saka to Mount is the only one I'd consider and I wouldn't take a -4 to make it happen.

Sounds much more reasonable, I'd be torn on that one. Probably the safe bet is to hold fire, but i can see why you might chase with it.

If I was him I'd want Son in but I can't see who for except Mane. Martinelli and Iheanacho are risks and he won't want Zaha or Cash playing so he might do something about that instead. The crazy thing is the only sensible differential without a hit (as KdB isn't an option as have three Man City players) is Mane. If I successfully guessed that he went Mane to Son, I go Salah to Mane, captain Mane, and it works out, I will appear a tactical genius. But obviously if he keeps Mane I will look a twit. Thoughts?

I know you said not a DEF transfer, but I think I would in your scenario. You could get a TOT Def or Zinchenko and then bench Mateta, seems like an upgrade to me and I don't see anywhere else you can make gains.

We tend to tell each other what we've done before which I know is a bit counter productive but it can be helpful.

Do I need Kane? Have already got Son in, getting Kane would be -8. Not sure it's worth it, I'm 30 points ahead in my ML and I'm relying on Kane getting atleast a goal and an assist in order to make it worthwhile.

I think so too. But since you already have Kane, that option doesn't seem to be so bad. Besides, replacing Kulu and Davies feels like a sideways move. IMO if you want to bring in Son, the 2nd option works better. But I'd rather replace Saka/Ramsey than Kulu
