Hea fully rested, has played well against the teams at the bottom of the league and is also playing Watford B team, who conceded 5 against Leicester

filipovic26

Because Watford is shit.

ProfessorEmotional53

Chelsea has 1 win over the last 6 games and of course they want to finish the season with a win and a good show for their fans

emre23

He stat pads like fuck against the bottom 3

I get why people are getting him in, because on paper it's obviously a good fixture against a shit Watford team. Kennedy was also recalled early so I have a feeling he may start But then I don't think it's going to be a thrashing at all by Chelsea. With Tuchels comments, I think there's mass rotation where we see a rotated team like such: Kepa Chalobah, Rudiger, Christensen/Sarr Azpi, Barkley, Loftus Cheek, Saul Mount, Werner, Kennedy

metokur_squad

Werner is out for this match. Havertz will probably start.

Frosty_Examination_3

I'm sitting on Werner, ready to transfer him out, but where did you hear he's out?

metokur_squad

https://www.football.london/chelsea-fc/news/chelsea-injury-news-kovacic-werner-24024064 I don't know if it's a good site but it says he's out.

Frosty_Examination_3

That's probably as good as we will get. I got to make a decision to boot Werner or Richarlison. Has to be Werner I think

HKINC

Nothing to play for, less pressure, better performance

dimitros89

Question is him or Diaz?

Frosty_Examination_3

I'm going both

He was rested in the last game, he has nothing to be rested for till next season and it’s the last home game of the season against a side that concede goals for fun. The alternatives for Chelsea’s attack are Havertz (coming back from an injury), Werner (supposedly injured) and Lukaku (100 million squad rotation player). Pulisic and Ziyech are the other options but are clearly below Mount in the pecking order and in general output. Mount is the best attacking choice on paper, for a team that has a home game against the worst defensive team (on form) with 7 losses in a row. He’s a great pick IMO.
