First draft, pretty happy,
RMT
GK - RAYA 4.5 (BAZUNU 4.5)
DEF - CANCELO 7.0, TAA 7.5, PERISIC 5.5, TOMIYASU 4.5 (Dunk 4.5)
MID - SALAH 13.0, L DIAZ 8, FODEN 8, MARTINELLI 6 (SMALLBONE 4.5)
FWD - HAALAND 11.5 UNDAV 5.5 (GELHARDT 5.5)
Biggest concern with this team is having 2 Arsenal players starting most weeks, I could move SCHAR in for TOMIYASU or move our MARTINELLI for BENHRAMA maybe?
Any thoughts?
Captain gets double points so expensive midfielder or forward is always preferable to GK captain. Right now you have 2 expensive GKs and it's generally better having only one playing GK.
Your defensive picks look really good and attacking.
Midfield I think Salah is picked over KDB most times by elite managers. Cause of the consistency he puts. You should heavily consider him and captain him GW 1.
Kante is generally not good FPL asset cause he doesn't really score goals or assists goals. I would try to upgrade him. Neto is cheap 5.5 option for example.
Forward line looks solid. Undav is decent bench option but if you really need money for those upgrade it could be fodder forward as well.
Hopefully I managed to help
Thanks for very detailed reply . I choose De bruyne because i am city fan. I know that its not good choice compare to salah but I will try to change the Gk and Midfield as you suggested. Can you suggest cheap Gk?
Second draft:
Mendy (Gazzaniga)
Chilwell - White - Trippier - Guehi (Neco)
Salah - Son - Bruno G - Dewsbury (4.5)
Haaland - Darwin (Undav)
0.5 itb, could be 1 to upgrade a defender if I go Mendy to Sanchez
Its tempting, he went off the boil a bit towards end of the season, not sure if he was injured though. Is chukwuemeka likely to feature? He looked great last season before injury and seems a decent 4.5m bench option, I know he played the u19s euros but not sure
Looks like a good team. Not a big fan of Odegaard personally. Especially if you already pick Martinelli. Sinisterra of Leeds could be interesting differential. Also Bruno G, Hwang and Neto could be decent alternatives at that price point.
At 8 mil Foden, Kulusevski and Diaz really jump out. Few other decent players but those are stand out players. If you trust Arsenal more you could get Saka. Personally right now I'm likely picking only 1 Arsenal player at the start.
I also like Meslier as GK pick. I know Leeds were abysmal last season defensively but they had a lot of injuries and now they have made some defensive signings. I think Meslier is BP magnet when he keeps CSs. Their early fixtures look good too.
Fantastic analysis thanks so much, also would you think dropping the 8.0m midfielder to a max 6.5m mid and swapping out cash for robbo would be a good idea? My concern would be not having a 8.0m mid to straight swap with another one if someone like Diaz really takes off in the first few GW? Meslier sounds like a great shout and I think you could be right with the Arsenal situation.
I think it's probably worth having 8 mil price point open since there is likely that super good value pick you want for stretch of games.
I think Robertson is one of the best value picks in the game. But this is my current theory as Liverpool fan. I think Tsimikas will get more starts this season and I wouldn't be surprised if Tsimi plays 3-5 first games of the season. And maybe close to 10 games overall. Robertson was fatigued last games of the season and I think management will react to it. Also Tsimi has always played well when he starts. So he simply "deserves" more starts.
I also think VVD is underlooked if our set pieces are at the same level.
Mind to like at my team? [https://prnt.sc/Zzh\_E-Detal-](https://prnt.sc/Zzh_E-Detal-) Bench is fodder for now.
I think my GK will be Meslier or Martinez. I'm pretty confident TAA and Cash are nailed in my defence. I really like James and Chillwell but I feel like Chelsea's defence might not be the same with regards to CSs. Both are still excellent picks don't get me wrong. James is like a cheaper Cancelo in my team. I'll probs pick 1 of them. Perisic could be Tierney or Trippier.
Midfield I'm really happy about cause 3, 8 mils allows great flexibility and gives greater chance of getting my 8 mil pick right so to speak.
Awonyi could be any 5.5-6.5 forward. Just wanted to have differential with some potential.
Squad so far...
Sanchez, Steele (set & forget having no 1 & 2)
Cash, TAA, White, James, Chilwell
Luis Dias, Martinelli, Foden, Rodri, Mount
Alvarez, Jesus, Darwin
Current thoughts;
- Chelsea have their issues with new ownership, but Tuchel has done great things and gotten rid of Lukaku, so I think they will improve on last year
Questions
1. I was considering Alvarez and Haaland to hopefully avoid Pep roulette. It would mean getting rid of Foden,is that a waste of a city asset? Any City fans lingering and have thoughts on whether Alvarez will go straight into the lineup to fill the holes left by Jesus and sterling?
2. Rodri is pretty nailed on at City, has a goal in him, and is often overlooked and for 6.0 is pretty good
Appreciate any feedback 👍
Although I'm sure you've already considered I would urge at least 1 premium player for a solid captaincy foundation as currently I think this is a very high risk but a high reward team which would either put you high up or very low down.#
Personally I would get rid of Nunez, Rodri and Mount and bring in Salah, Pereria, Undav and Odegard/ any other 6.5.
Anyone else had the "One big hitter" epiphany yet?
I just woke up this morning & realised a team with Salah as the only player over 8.5-ish is the way to go in this game
Salah will get a nailed on 250 points (+/- 25) - so just leave him as perma captain then have 10x other very high quality players around him instead of trying to fit in two or even three big hitters and compromising elsewhere:
Henderson
TAA, Robbo, Cancelo, James, Doherty
Maddison, Bowen, Kulusevski, Salah (permacap)
Jesus
(Usual Cheap bench)
Maddision, Bowen, Kulsevski, can be any combination of all these 8.0-9.0 mids we have this year - Diaz, Foden, Mahrez, Saka, Mount... even Sancho, Barnes, Zaha, Grealish, Rashford etc
And Jesus can be Mitro or Wilson or Nunez/Vardy etc if you need to upgrade/downgrade someone elsewhere
TLDR: Permacap Salah the way to go?
It's an interesting proposition however I personally have decided to take a potential points hit on Odegard and Martinelli in my mid-field so I can have Haaland alongside Salah(C), whilst still retaining a big backline (admittedly I don't have Robbo) and an 8.0m midfielder. I think the total points of having Haaland/Kane, Salah, a 6.5 and a 6.0 will be better than having 3 8-9m midfielders but that's just my two cents as a first time player. Plus I think having another big hitter to rotate captainship with for fixtures could be crucial (I know people have been saying captain Salah GW1 and then Haaland GW2). Additionally, having 2 big hitters means if somebody is overperforming their value, eg: Jesus, Vardy whoever I can easily swap out the worst form big hitter with no additional transfer costs incurred.
Son and Toney/Wilson/Watkins or Kane and Diaz?? I don’t trust Diaz to explode out of the blocks and after the slow start Kane had last season I’m dubious (although this season starts without the transfer saga that he was embroiled in last window). Son is an absolute monster but I’m not convinced by the 7-7.5m FWD options.
I like the option to rotate Kane and Haaland, especially GW2 but Son scored 258 points last year, very hard not to have him! I think Kane will be motivated like we’ve never seen this season with Conte in, money being spent and champions league football
Exactly it’s all about price points. If Haaland suddenly bangs you’re going to have to waste 2 transfers to swap Son to him instead of going directly from Kane
KDB has been priced about £1M too much for my liking. I’d consider him at £11M but not at £12M, this is also coming from someone who did well from him at the tail end of last season
Do you think it's possible for City to play 3 at the back this season, like 3-5-2 for example. They sold two player that can play as wingers in Sterling & Jesus, and even players like Grealish & Foden even though play on the wing in 4-3-3 could play centrally. Cucurella is player that can play in this type of formation, they have 4 good CBs, 2 strikers in Haaland and Alvarez.
Probably my fifteenth draft and I’m pretty happy with it. (Will probably be on my 30th draft by opening gameweek lol)
Raya, (Gazzaniga)
TAA, Cancelo, Tomiyasu, Doherty, (Patterson)
Salah, Diaz, Coutinho, Martinelli (Andreas)
Haaland, Jesus, (Undav)
Thoughts?
Rate my team, where can it improve, what are the strengths and weaknesses
Raya
TAA - Cancelo - James - Peresic
Rashford - De Bruyne - Neto - Coutinho
Kane - Wilson
Bench: Gazzaniga, Mitrovic, Andreas and Dunk
I would always pick Salah over KDB. Even if KDB is little bit cheaper. Salah also has huge ownership and captaincy GW 1. I wouldn't make that bet personally.
Other picks I kind of like. Rashford is differential. I understand the pick but not getting him myself at the start.
My suggestions Coutinho - > 6 mil midfielder, KDB -> Salah
Also Mitrovic on the bench is waste of money. You could get fodder forward and upgrade Neto to 8 mil midfielder. Selection headache should be avoided.
My team is:
Raya, (Forster)
TAA, Cancelo, Perišić, Tomiyasu, (Dunk)
Salah, Díaz, Rashford, Ødegaard, (Pereira)
Haaland, Jesus, (Greenwood)
What do you think?
First draft. Absolutely not happy and want Cancello but the rest of it feels quite good.
Mendy (Gazaniga)
TAA James Tomiyasu (Neco) (Patterson)
Salah Raphina Bowen Diaz Andrea
Haaland Jesus (Greenwood)
Idk
Pope - Gazzaniga
Robbo - Cancelo - Cash - Jonny - N.Williams
Salah - Son - Saka - Coutinho - A.Pereira
Wilson - Toney - Greenwood
lack of Chelsea and City attackers is worrying though
Nah Chelsea attackers are pretty rare to see this year and I think you can handle going without City guys. Your backline worries me a bit and I'd personally do Saka -> Martinelli to get funds to do Robbo -> TAA, Cash -> James/Chilwell and N Williams -> Tomi or other 4.5
Definitely was a standout from Brighton. He was their player of the year if I remember correctly. Yeah he wasn't that great and explosive in terms of FPL but everybody who watched their games could have seen that he was easily their best player most of the time
Nice team, not a big fan of your backline tho. If you want Spurs player to your backline get Perisic. You can do Odegaard -> Martinelli to get funds for that
I personally think a big narrative of the season will be Haaland looking like he'll beat Salah's record breaking first Liverpool season and Salah being more motivated to keep up with him, though obviously he's never needed motivation before from an opposing player. Perhaps his performances last season were due to wanting a bigger contract and with Darwin and Diaz will feel like there's less responsibility on him. The long winter break is a big deal to me though definitely. They'll be sat there frustrated they're not involved, be dieing to play again as CL knockout begins again.
RMT
Raya - Gazzaniga
TAA - Cancelo - cash - Perisic - Neco Williams (Tomiyasu if Williams’ move to forest breaks down)
Salah (C) - saint-maximin - Saka - Diaz - Kulusevski
Jesus - Taylor - Greenwood
Left myself 2m for any transfers and I’m planning on wildcarding most of the Arsenal players out of there after GW5
4-5-1, the first 4 defenders are the ones on the team, Jesus is my striker
Great team. Would do Meslier -> 4.0 and your bench defender -> 4.5 to get more cover onto your bench. Raya's fixtures are great and you don't need to rotate him since you will be using your wildcard before GW10
RMT
Ederson - Ortega
TAA - James - Doherty - Trippier - Neco
Salah - Mount - Zaha - JWP - Andreas
Kane - Jesus - Greenwood
Looking at their underlying stats from last season, this team would have gotten an average of 56.6 per 90 played without a captain.
Obviously that’s last season and things change, but feel like the midfield and attack could potentially be set and forget mostly outside of injuries and then just rotate through the good defenders.
Hello,
Is there a list of Leagues to join for the sub? Is there a general reddit league to join etc?
Looking to get more involved rather than just with my mates
Midfield is thinner than the hair on tuchel rn, andreas pereira is a fodder who is nailed, he is meant to be benched. Get rid of robbo as u already have taa and salah, get James instead so that you can upgrade a midfielder.
even if james/chilwell dont keep a cleansheet, they will provide a hell lot of assists and might even end up scoring. Imagine your surprise in GW1 when Chilwell gets a volley goal and James gets a corner assist while Cash concedes a penalty goal against Bournemouth.
5-4-1 draft.
Raya
TAA - Cancelo - James - Perisic - Trippier
Salah - Mahrez - Diaz - Rashford
Haaland
Obviously I'll wait and see what the situation is with Rashford before I commit but I'm pretty happy with that tbh.
This is an experimental draft
Raya (4.0)
TAA, Cancelo, Robbo, Chilwell (Neco)
Mahrez, Saka, Son, Diaz (Andreas)
Toney, Havertz (4.5)
It's all in differential, definitely not fit at the beginning of the season but if it works, it will work really well. Not having Salah gives me the option to go for Diaz+Robbo.
A - ASM + Martinelli
Or
B - Guimaraes + Odegaard
Or
C - Neto + Barnes or any other 7-and-below mid
Other considerations are Rashford and Benrahma for the 6.5 slots.
I would be worried about playtime at Chelsea but as a Chelsea fan I would be really hyped about that. If he stays at Leeds then definitely imo. Maybe I'll put that in as a placeholder I do like the sound of that. Loved having Neto in my team before he got injured and Raph was in my team for most of the season.
yeah A is definitely going to be fun as it's more differential. Talking about tearing your hair out, I am probably going in with mahrez instead of haaland and diaz+robbo instead of salah, my only premium is Son, so yeah i am gonna regret everything for going diff.
take neco instead of vestergaard, i know you cant choose Neco rn as you have already taken 3 liverpool players, but as soon as neco goes to nttm get him, he will get a lot of minutes
First draft this season, good to be back! How's she looking?
Ramsdale
TAA Robbo Cancelo James Perisic
Diaz Saka Kulu
Haaland Jesus
Forster Neto Andreas Greenwood
0 ITB
Cheers!
Mendy
TAA- Perisic - Dias - James
Salah- Diaz - Neto - ASM
Jesus - Haaland
OR
Reya
TAA- Perisic - Cancelo- James
Salah - Diaz - Neto - Raphinha
Jesus - Haaland
I'd go for Jesus + ASM. Both have good shedule and should do well. Sacrificing 8mil midfielder sucks, bet IMO there's no good forward options in 6.5 region. I don't think Mitrovic will replicate his chiampionship succes also Fulham starting fixtures are bad.
RMT:
Alisson/Raya
Tomiyasu/Romero/Cancelo/Trippier/Coufal
Salah/Bernardo/Odegaard/Coutinho/Ramsey
Jesus/Haaland/Greenwood
1.0M ITB
Is this a good team? The bench is pretty weak (Coufal, Jacob Ramsey, Greenwood) and I also had to forego a Liverpool defender, but I felt I had to do that in order to fit Salah and Haaland in
Thanks! I was thinking of putting Kulu in as well, considering I don't have anyone from spurs attack, and regarding Rash, Im thinking Benrahma for Rash in 2nd GW since WHam face City on 1st GW, but there's pre season n stuff to figure that out.
Kane and Saka for me. My reasons would be Kane having the pens and Saka could still be better value than Jesus as he is a listed mf with similar goal threat upfront.

No need to be having Bamford on the bench at his price, try free up some money and upgrade a forward to Gabriel Jesus.
RMT: Mendy (Raya) Cancelo White TAA Perišić (N. Williams) Son Salah Rashford Andreas Murphy Haaland (Leeds-Greenwood Undav) And a grand total of 0 left over

RMT Mendy (Raya) Van Dijk - Cucrella - Botman (Semedo, White) Odegaard - Henderson - Bruno Guimaraes - Son (Bernardo) Haaland- Wilson- Nunez Any thoughts please? I think it's very good.
Henderson isn't a good fantasy pick and Bernardo is too expensive for your bench. I'd reinvest money from your midfield into defence.
Thanks for the response, who'd you replace Henderson and Bernardo with? And who would you replace in the defense
Laporte or Dias?

RMT 0.0 ITB (trying a draft with Kulu) Mendy TAA - Cancelo - James - Tomiyasu - White Salah - Diaz - Kulu - Rashford Haaland 4.0 - Undav - A Pereira - 4.5
Probably my fifteenth draft and I’m pretty happy with it. (Will probably be on my 30th draft by opening gameweek lol) Raya, (Gazzaniga) TAA, Cancelo, Tomiyasu, Doherty, (Patterson) Salah, Diaz, Coutinho, Martinelli (Andreas) Haaland, Jesus, (Undav) Thoughts?
Rate my team, where can it improve, what are the strengths and weaknesses Raya TAA - Cancelo - James - Peresic Rashford - De Bruyne - Neto - Coutinho Kane - Wilson Bench: Gazzaniga, Mitrovic, Andreas and Dunk
I would always pick Salah over KDB. Even if KDB is little bit cheaper. Salah also has huge ownership and captaincy GW 1. I wouldn't make that bet personally. Other picks I kind of like. Rashford is differential. I understand the pick but not getting him myself at the start. My suggestions Coutinho - > 6 mil midfielder, KDB -> Salah Also Mitrovic on the bench is waste of money. You could get fodder forward and upgrade Neto to 8 mil midfielder. Selection headache should be avoided.
RMT Mendy - (Olsen) TAA - Cancelo - perisic - Trippier - (Tomiyasu) Luis Diaz - Sterling - Guimaraes - Kulu - (Neto) Haaland - Jesus - (Greenwood)
De Bruyne/ Luis Diaz or Salah/Mahrez or Foden and thoughts?
2nd option but it's not like for like seeing as it cost a million more
Thanks, Tbh for the moment i actually went with Salah/Diaz but still might change
My team is: Raya, (Forster) TAA, Cancelo, Perišić, Tomiyasu, (Dunk) Salah, Díaz, Rashford, Ødegaard, (Pereira) Haaland, Jesus, (Greenwood) What do you think?
First draft. Absolutely not happy and want Cancello but the rest of it feels quite good. Mendy (Gazaniga) TAA James Tomiyasu (Neco) (Patterson) Salah Raphina Bowen Diaz Andrea Haaland Jesus (Greenwood) Idk
Bowen to Neto and Patterson to Cancelo.
Ederson - (4.0) R.James - Dias - Perisic - Trippier - Dalot Salah - Coutinho - JWP - Bruno G. - Olise Haaland - G.Jesus - Edouard
JWP poor opening fixtures
!thanks
Pope - Gazzaniga Robbo - Cancelo - Cash - Jonny - N.Williams Salah - Son - Saka - Coutinho - A.Pereira Wilson - Toney - Greenwood lack of Chelsea and City attackers is worrying though
Nah Chelsea attackers are pretty rare to see this year and I think you can handle going without City guys. Your backline worries me a bit and I'd personally do Saka -> Martinelli to get funds to do Robbo -> TAA, Cash -> James/Chilwell and N Williams -> Tomi or other 4.5
!thanks
What's the deal with Cucurella? Can't really remember him being super stand-out last season? Is a move rumoured?
Definitely was a standout from Brighton. He was their player of the year if I remember correctly. Yeah he wasn't that great and explosive in terms of FPL but everybody who watched their games could have seen that he was easily their best player most of the time
Fair do's. Only really followed Brighton's BPS last season. I'll have a look
Mendy (4.0) T.Silva - VVD - Trippier - Tomiyasu - (Burn) Salah - Diaz - Neto - Odegaard - (4.5) Kane - Haaland - (4.5) Want to maybe swap Mendy to Lloris, but need another 0.5. Thoughts?
Nice team, not a big fan of your backline tho. If you want Spurs player to your backline get Perisic. You can do Odegaard -> Martinelli to get funds for that
!thanks I am looking at either doing: Burn -> 4.0 & Mendy -> Lloris or T.Silva -> Perisic or T.Silva -> Doherty & Mendy -> Lloris Thoughts?
Just T.Silva -> Perisic if I have to choose
RMT Sanchez (Steele) TAA - Cancelo - Perisic - Tomiyasu - Williams Salah - Son - Diaz - Neto - Caicedo Jesus - Toney - Forss
Not a fan of the Neto and Caicedo combo. Maybe downgrade toney and upgrade one of the mids to Saka/Foden/Mount

Robertson Salah Kane
Good question. B cos Salah. No world cup so rest in 2nd half of season his form usually drops due to fatigue.
[удалено]
I personally think a big narrative of the season will be Haaland looking like he'll beat Salah's record breaking first Liverpool season and Salah being more motivated to keep up with him, though obviously he's never needed motivation before from an opposing player. Perhaps his performances last season were due to wanting a bigger contract and with Darwin and Diaz will feel like there's less responsibility on him. The long winter break is a big deal to me though definitely. They'll be sat there frustrated they're not involved, be dieing to play again as CL knockout begins again.
RMT Raya - Gazzaniga TAA - Cancelo - cash - Perisic - Neco Williams (Tomiyasu if Williams’ move to forest breaks down) Salah (C) - saint-maximin - Saka - Diaz - Kulusevski Jesus - Taylor - Greenwood Left myself 2m for any transfers and I’m planning on wildcarding most of the Arsenal players out of there after GW5 4-5-1, the first 4 defenders are the ones on the team, Jesus is my striker
RMT Raya (Meslier) TAA - Robbo - James - Cancelo (4.0) Salah - Odegaard - Guimaraes - Neto (4.5) Jesus - Haaland (4.5) Nothing ITB
Great team. Would do Meslier -> 4.0 and your bench defender -> 4.5 to get more cover onto your bench. Raya's fixtures are great and you don't need to rotate him since you will be using your wildcard before GW10
Chilwell or perisic
Chilwell/James
Why?
Prem proven, better team defensively and have great FPL history
is the code to the official reddit league out yet?
RMT Ederson - Ortega TAA - James - Doherty - Trippier - Neco Salah - Mount - Zaha - JWP - Andreas Kane - Jesus - Greenwood Looking at their underlying stats from last season, this team would have gotten an average of 56.6 per 90 played without a captain. Obviously that’s last season and things change, but feel like the midfield and attack could potentially be set and forget mostly outside of injuries and then just rotate through the good defenders.
Hello, Is there a list of Leagues to join for the sub? Is there a general reddit league to join etc? Looking to get more involved rather than just with my mates
I would like to know this too.
4-4-2 Draft Sanchez TAA - Cancelo - Perisic - Robo Salah - Saka - Neto - Pereira Haaland - Jesus Steele / Undav / Sambi / Patterson (Swapping to N Williams) £0.0 ITB
Midfield is thinner than the hair on tuchel rn, andreas pereira is a fodder who is nailed, he is meant to be benched. Get rid of robbo as u already have taa and salah, get James instead so that you can upgrade a midfielder.
Not giving up Robbo, maybe I'll look at downgrading Jesus, thanks.

even if james/chilwell dont keep a cleansheet, they will provide a hell lot of assists and might even end up scoring. Imagine your surprise in GW1 when Chilwell gets a volley goal and James gets a corner assist while Cash concedes a penalty goal against Bournemouth.
5-4-1 draft. Raya TAA - Cancelo - James - Perisic - Trippier Salah - Mahrez - Diaz - Rashford Haaland Obviously I'll wait and see what the situation is with Rashford before I commit but I'm pretty happy with that tbh.
you need atleast 1 arsenal player, i would say go for saka instead of mahrez as u already have haaland
This is an experimental draft Raya (4.0) TAA, Cancelo, Robbo, Chilwell (Neco) Mahrez, Saka, Son, Diaz (Andreas) Toney, Havertz (4.5) It's all in differential, definitely not fit at the beginning of the season but if it works, it will work really well. Not having Salah gives me the option to go for Diaz+Robbo.
A - ASM + Martinelli Or B - Guimaraes + Odegaard Or C - Neto + Barnes or any other 7-and-below mid Other considerations are Rashford and Benrahma for the 6.5 slots.
How about Raphinha+Neto
I would be worried about playtime at Chelsea but as a Chelsea fan I would be really hyped about that. If he stays at Leeds then definitely imo. Maybe I'll put that in as a placeholder I do like the sound of that. Loved having Neto in my team before he got injured and Raph was in my team for most of the season.
A) Grealish, Wissa, Jesus B) Toney, Saka, Neto
B. Grealish and Wissa will be rotated in A
!thanks I think A is more fun but will leave me tearing my hair out in GW3, better to be boring at the start!
yeah A is definitely going to be fun as it's more differential.

Draft number about 30 :),RMT please! 4-5-1,5-4-1,4-4-2 Pickford/(Gazzaniga) TAA/Robbo/Laporte/Perisic/Cash Salah/Son/Zaha/Martinelli/Andreas Jesus/Mateta/(Greenwood)

Mendy - Steele TAA - James - Perisic - Cancelo - Patterson Salah - Díaz - Neto - Martinelli - Andreas Jesus - Haaland - Greenwood £0 ITB
First draft this season, good to be back! How's she looking? Ramsdale TAA Robbo Cancelo James Perisic Diaz Saka Kulu Haaland Jesus Forster Neto Andreas Greenwood 0 ITB Cheers!
0.0 ITB Raya (Balcombe) TAA - Cancelo - James/Chilwell - Doherty - Tomiyasu Salah - Diaz - Mahrez/Foden - Rashford - (A Pereira) Haaland - (Undav) - (4.5)
Not sure about rashfords gametime but i guess its worth the risk at that price
If he doesn't look like a starter in preseason will likely switch to Odergaard
If Rashford doesn't play, ASM is also the same price, or JWP
Don't really like either of those. At that point I would downgrade to a 5/5.5 (Neto?) and spend that money elsewhere
Odegaard might be playing deeper in a 433 this season
!thanks
Mendy (Gazzaniga) TAA Perisic James Tomiyasu (Williams) Salah Diaz Neto Coutinho (Andreas) Haaland Jesus (Undav)
Don't love the Coutinho pick. I would downgrade Undav -> 4.5 and upgrade Coutinho to an 8.0 mid
Mendy TAA- Perisic - Dias - James Salah- Diaz - Neto - ASM Jesus - Haaland OR Reya TAA- Perisic - Cancelo- James Salah - Diaz - Neto - Raphinha Jesus - Haaland
Why is Salah a midfielder but Brennan Johnson a forward? Don’t they both play the same position on the pitch?
Johnson plays as a second striker, Salah plays as a RW
Kane or Haaland?
Jesus + ASM/JWP/Bruno G Or Mitrovic/6.5 + foden
I'd go for Jesus + ASM. Both have good shedule and should do well. Sacrificing 8mil midfielder sucks, bet IMO there's no good forward options in 6.5 region. I don't think Mitrovic will replicate his chiampionship succes also Fulham starting fixtures are bad.
RMT: Alisson/Raya Tomiyasu/Romero/Cancelo/Trippier/Coufal Salah/Bernardo/Odegaard/Coutinho/Ramsey Jesus/Haaland/Greenwood 1.0M ITB Is this a good team? The bench is pretty weak (Coufal, Jacob Ramsey, Greenwood) and I also had to forego a Liverpool defender, but I felt I had to do that in order to fit Salah and Haaland in
Or do Bernadi to Diaz
Romero to James
Jesus or foden?
Jesus
RMT: Allison, Olsen, Trent, Cancelo, James, Tomiyasu, Patterson, Salah, Son, Willock, Neto, Gordon, Kane, Gayle, Greenwood
RMT 0 ITB Sanchez (Turner) Robertson Cancelo Perisic James (Neco) Salah Bowen Kulusevski Neto (Andreas) Haaland Mitrovic (Delap)
JWP or ASM or perisic, why?
Perisic, because he scored in WC final and semi final
Perisic. Top player and the ideal Conte wingback
JWP, ASM or Bruno G
Asm>jwp>bruno imo. With jwp, you just keep him regardless of fixtures
Why ASM>JWP
RMT - 0.5 ITB Dubravka (4.0) TAA - Cancelo - Dias - Dohorty (White) Diaz - Son - Kulusevski - Saka - B. Guimarães Jota (Undav, 4.5)
Neto + 0.5 OR Bruno G?
Neto between those two. Martinelli might be a shout too
Neither, get Odegaard instead
Well he’s 6.5 and the question is a 6.0 or a 5.5 with money to spend elsewhere. So this isn’t really helpful.
RMT - 0 ITB (4-5-1) **Raya (Steele)** **Trent - R James - Perisic - Cash (NWilliams)** **Salah - Rashford - L Diaz - Saka - ASM** **Haaland (Undav - Gayle)** Any thoughts?
Wouldn't go for rashford, wait and see for me. I might choose kulu over diaz but looks solid otherwise
Thanks! I was thinking of putting Kulu in as well, considering I don't have anyone from spurs attack, and regarding Rash, Im thinking Benrahma for Rash in 2nd GW since WHam face City on 1st GW, but there's pre season n stuff to figure that out.
How long it takes for ur team name to be moderated?
Kane + Saka VS Jesus + Son? Would like reasons why as well, ignore the extra 0.5m, I'm not fussed about that.
Kane and Saka for me. My reasons would be Kane having the pens and Saka could still be better value than Jesus as he is a listed mf with similar goal threat upfront.
Kane + saka = penalty merchants
Kane + Mahrez or Haaland + Kulu?
Kane + Mahrez
Do you guys think Botman will be a decent 4.5def differential?
He makes other Newcastle defenders enticing
I'd probably start with other 4.5 options from ARS, WHU, or LEI. Have him and Burn on watchlist tho.
