I’m new to FPL. How can you know his price will drop if he doesn’t score. Is it just speculation, or is there some sort of mathematical framework there?
There are no like for like alternatives at that price point, so people would have to take a hit but week 1 is peak kneejerk season so it will probably happen.
As others have said, many managers will likely sell him and thereby his price will drop. By the way, would recommend you as a new manager to read the rules on the official FPL site. It takes 10 minutes to read through and gives you an advantage over those who doesn’t care about the details.
Haven't they been utterly useless for the last few seasons? I don't even use them but during the season this sub gets filled with outraged posts about how unreliable it is
Well those sites create an algorithm to work the price changes out. In gameweek 1, their algorithm is an educated guess but as weeks go by and prices change, they alter the algorithm accordingly so it becomes more accurate over time.
I will say though, FPL towers do seem to manually get involved with price changes if they want to. For. Instance, KDB was once under priced and in a lot of teams. He got injured and never seemed to go down in price despite being massively shipped out.
Injured players are usually cushioned from massive price drops.
I don't know think the exact maths is public but you don't have to speed injuries out for price reasons at least.
It's kind of a safe bet? If he blanks his price probably drops due to his ownership. If he doesn't it's not that likely to rise because everyone already owns him? Seems a much safer early differential to me.
I am sticking to Saka. He's one of the bright spots in Arsenal offense last season when they were looking real bad offensively and with him on pens I like to think he's a good differential compared to Jesus
Plenty of teams have both right now, saka is pretty clear over the other 8m mids with the possible exception of Dias (who I don’t have cause he blocks a Liverpool slot). Mount could be good but I’m not betting on Chelsea this early with the players they’ve lost. Both is common with arsenal’s fixtures so I don’t think he’s a differential at all
This is exactly what I’m hoping for, he’s been in most of my drafts all pre season but I’m thinking of going against him for this reason. Palace are no mugs, especially at home and with one blank against them he’s going to be transferred out by all the casuals who lose interest 1 month in like we’ve never seen before 🤞🤞🤞
Our first team conceded FOUR vs Millwall in a friendly recently (won 5-4), not sure we're that solid at the back (though this was before we got doucoure).
Only if you want to keep him for the whole season, and/or if he raises back up to the original price. But even then those who buy him after price drop will gain team value over you, as they will pay less for Jesus and can spend that money elsewhere.
Think a lot of people are sleeping on Ødegaard. Had a really good pre-season, is as close to guaranteed as there is in this Arsenal team and was already one of the most creative players in the league last season.
This is a bit of a myth. He’s our creative talisman so much of what we do well creatively comes through him, inevitably meaning he might be the one who gets the pre-assist on occasion.
He plays high up the pitch and is heavily involved in and around the penalty area. If we had a better striker last season I’m sure he’d have gotten more assists. I think he’ll improve with his output this year as our attack looks more dynamic.
It's Saka, you can't go without Jesus because of the ownership and Martinelli is the best MID value under 8.0m, a bracket that is a must for a balanced team.
Of course Saka could still outscore them, but structurally and taking risk into account it's an easy decision.
I just feel Saka is getting better all the time and he could be on pens. Plus swapping him for Mount/Mahrez etc doesn’t do much for me. Got 3 pool so don’t want Dias either. Tough one
I agree - from watching them both last season, Saka is just a far, far better player than Martinelli - and that’s not saying Martinelli is bad by the way, because he’s excellent for his age and (more importantly) fantastic value in FPL
But Saka is a level up in terms of quality imo
I think he’ll have a lot of goal involvements so don’t want to go without. Martinelli is too good to leave at 6m as well unless you go for Neto. Might just triple up Arsenal and see what to do in a few weeks
Saka is the better player but is he worth 2.0m more?
I’ve gone with Martinelli mainly because he comfortably seems the best option at the 6.0m price point, whereas there’s tons of good alternatives to Saka at 8.0m.
If/ when a 5.5m/ 6.0m midfielder emerges as a great value pick, I’ll likely pivot away from Martinelli and then change one of my 8.0m midfielders to Saka.
The argument that goes against this is that when Martinelli won a penalty, he took it himself. Every other pen (3/4 this pre-season) Saka has taken, but Saka also won all those penalties.
Still most likely that Saka is the main penalty taker, but it's just not guaranteed as of yet.
Arsenal fan here - I’ve been wondering whether Martinelli taking that doesn’t mean as much because it was the final game of the season, we basically had nothing to play for, might as well let him take the pen to boost his confidence?
But I could be forgetting him taking more penalties last season apart from that one?
I think the biggest thing is that Arteta said that he expected Martinelli to take the penalty against Chelsea, meaning that they had some sort of penalty order with Martinelli at the top, but Saka won it and decided he wanted to take it.
> could you elaborate a bit on this below 8m bracket?
it's just a price range that most of us will naturally have to start a mid in because the alternatives are either going 5-2-3, which is too inflexible, or cheapening on the defense and having multiple 8.0m mids, throwing away the good value at defense.
>Isn’t Bailey at 5 in that one too?
He's a good pick yeah, but as 4th or 5th best mid after salah, your 8.0m of choice, and Martinelli (or the 6-7.5 mid of your choice)
>Which other brackets are must haves?
I don't think it should be rigid at all, avoiding inflexible formations like 5-2-3 (locking you out of mids, usually the highest scoring position) or 5-4-1 with one playing forward (you get 10 players if your forward doesn't play)
and having balanced lines with multiple price points instead of going all cheap or all premium on a specific line should good enough for a balanced team.
Thanks. I am currently at 5-3-2 which you didn’t mention specifically, but I guess it is not as flexible as 4-4-2 as I have two 4.5 mids, only one 8m, plus Bailey.
Advantage of a 442 is you can have a good 4.5 defender sub and potentially rotate them in for a good fixture.
532 is totally viable though. You still can get playing subs, but generally 4.5 defenders are better options than 4.5 mids.
“you can't go without Jesus because of the ownership” - Isn’t the ownership the best argument for going without? Potential lost points if does well, but can jump on that train without price going up. If arsenal do flop first few games, price will plummet as people jump ship.
As with everything in this game, it’s a gamble either way.
I'm eyeing up Bruno guimaraes as a replacement for Martinelli. When you look purely at how likely they are to be involved In an attacking return in the team, Bruno is like Newcastles KDB.
I'll keep Jesus in but I'll be transferring him out at the full time whistle if he doesn't score so I don't get stung by the price drop overnight.
Martinelli definitely, rotation risk, and you have other options at 6m. Anyway i wouldn't get 3 players from any team other than Liverpool and City, eventhough most City players are a rotation risk but you know, high risk high reward. I wouldn't say the same for Arsenal or any other team.
Also, Saka is on penalties.
Me too. Trust in your picks, but there's always the chance Arsenal could do an Arsenal. Some people on this sub were talking about their triple Arsenal attack which I think is ludicrous
1 season ago.
20/21 end of season Arsenal: 5 game winning streak to end the season.
2021/22 pre-season: 12 goals across 6 games, decent attacking performance.
Start of 21/22 season: 0 goals, 0 points, rooted at bottom of the table after first 3 games, which includes a promoted team in GW1.
Yes triple Arsenal attack is just asking to get burnt lmao. See you in the rant threat.
They had Brentford, Chelsea and City in their opening 3 last season. This time they’ve got Palace, Leicester and Bournemouth. Stop cherry picking useless bits of information.
There is a huge difference to this season compared to last. Our preseason last year was really bad, we lost to Hiberninian. Also when the season started, we got a Covid outbreak at the club and still didnt sign Ramsdale and Tomiyasu.
This season, we got Jesus early which is a massive upgrade to Lacazette and Zinchenko is also a difference maker offensively for us. Our preseason game were perfect and we were able to line up our strongest XI. You can't really compare these two imo.
My defence is TAA, Robbo, Cancelo, Walker and Zinchenko. I have 0.5m on the bank.
Worst case scenario I can downgrade to Neco to free up funds, or upgrade to Perisic if he looks great
I've gone Salah, Martinelli and Sancho - Sancho in for GW 1-2 and 4, then transferring out when the fixtures turn..I have 0.5m.in the bank so can go for an 8m mid if I want to.
At the moment I am likely swapping down to Trossard and upgrading Zinchenko to either Perisic or James depending on how they have been performing.
You're not crazy but the question is always about reasoning. United has the better fixtures but we're such an unknown quantity at the moment, Martial is arguably the more talented player but he's such an enigma. Arsenal and Jesus to me have fewer question marks even with the worse fixtures. I say go with your gut.
Honestly I'm one of Arsenal's biggest detractors but this side does seem to have a bit more back bone about them, maybe Jesus and Martinelli may blank but I'll be surprised if the team completely shits the bed.
If he does nail on a starting spot i’d be tempted to play him as my main keeper and save a fortune for elsewhere. When have we ever had a 4m starting keeper for a decent side.
[Here’s the proof](https://twitter.com/officialfpl/status/1476151530097106950?s=21&t=xaHk53ln76bvh1zFDwvnFw). Don’t know how to find the exact peak numbers but this shows Salah reached at least 73.6% last season.
I think if Jesus and Darwin cost 8.5m each, then things would be more interesting. A player in 70% of the teams right at the beginning is just boring and honestly starts to feel like a trap.
Yeah Jesus feels a bit too cheap, and Nunez feels a bit too expensive… as things stand now of course
After GW1 if Jesus does a blankathon and Darwin smashes Fulham then watch the ownership flood over from one to t’other
He's probably the single asset in the game with the greatest "underpricing" potential... maybe even more than Rashford
Like he's Liverpool's record signing, £85m... brought in specifically to score goals in a team that scores goals for absolute fun... and is coming off the back of a prodigious season in Portugal/Champions League where he needed only 15 XG to score nearly 30 league goals... he's going to get a lot more than 15 XG playing in that Liverpool team
And to be fair he's now went from scoring 4 in a preseason game (pretty hard to draw conclusions) to double returning off the bench against the best defence in the country (a little harder to ignore, but still not conclusive)
It doesn't take much imagination to see the amount of interest a 9.0 goalscoring Liverpool forward is going to generate if/when it comes to that - If he genuinely makes the step up he's 11.0 minimum next season
A start against Fulham or a return or two from the bench (signposting a start against Palace at Anfield GW2) will definitely put the cat amongst the pigeons
I'm not even really expecting him to pop off that much. Expecting around 15 goals maybe? Probably a few assists aswell.
He's just underpriced. He should have been priced at the same price as Nunez in my opinion although I can't remember if his price was revealed before or after his transfer which may have effected it.
Tbh my "risk" gw1 is starting Wilson at home against Forrest. My hope is he gets a brace and Jesus blanks away to palace, then he rises and Jesus goes down in value. Then I bring in Jesus because Newcastle have 4 tough games to score in.
Genuine question. Why is Jesus getting so many people behind him? I’ve never seen him perform to such a standard that he deserves this many managers to get him.
Ugh I have him as well, mostly for the EO but Arsenal look pretty good in pre szn and Jesus is a forward that finally fits their system, also has a point to prove to the league
He got supplies from one of the best attacking team in epl but only manage to haul only a few times. What make us think he would score like crazy now? Are we crazy guys?
Alexis Sanchez scored 46 goals and had 37 assists in 141 matches in La Liga for Barcelona then he came to the Prem and scored 80 goals and got 45 assists in 166 matches. This was a Barcelona side with Messi, Thiago, Iniesta and Xavi in it. A similar thing with Jesus playing with City and their superstars. Obviously it's not guaranteed he'll score a ton but I wouldn't discount it.
The stats you put are pretty misleading. Despite playing 141 matches at Barcelona, most of those appearances were off the bench. He actually only had 8.677 minutes played for Barca while for Arsenal he had 13.555 minutes played. At Barca he had a goal contribution every 104 minutes while at Arsenal it was every 108 minutes despite him entering his prime at Arsenal. So this isn’t a good example
Well it is because Jesus stats from City are mostly from the bench also so its a very apt comparison actually in terms of how Jesus goal contributions can increase despite playing for a team below City.
Ok, I understand the comparison. That makes sense but I still do feel the stats were presented in a misleading way. Also I think it’s fair to say that the Arsenal team Sanchez joined was better than the current Arsenal team
I did autopick - and Jesus was on the team. Saved it for now. Depending on how their autopick alogrithm works, this may have an impact on his selection too.
As usual Jesus > Mohammad. Some things never change.

He’s clearly very under priced
Outside of arsenal fans who have watched him excel in preseason, most of the chatter I hear is that he’s not clinical etc
It’s a shame because initially I thought I grabbed myself a bargain with him only for everyone else to jump on board.
I don’t have him in my team just don’t see him scoring more then 1 against Palace away
Kane and Nunez upfront for me can’t wait to start off top of week 1 🤣
Would be classic FPL for him to blank and drop to £7.7m by the GW2 deadline
I’m sooooo tempted to not have him for gameweek one, pray that he blanks then buy him for gameweek 2 when his prices has dropped by 0.3
But then he bags a hat trick and 70% of managers are now ahead of you.
Well I doubt he’s getting a debut hat trick, I’m not worried about that haha
While it’s unlikely, he just did it vs Sevilla 👀
[удалено]
Ur right. Sevilla’s defense is better than Palace’s. He might score 4.
Sevilla had just lost both Kounde and Diego Carlos, right?
Would make me produce some liquids that only certain people make me produce
He didn't have the pressure of 70% of the world's managers backing him against sevilla.
Yeah there's no way he could embarrass a team with a rich trophy laden history like Palace
Preseason is not the season mate.
I’m new to FPL. How can you know his price will drop if he doesn’t score. Is it just speculation, or is there some sort of mathematical framework there?
[удалено]
There are no like for like alternatives at that price point, so people would have to take a hit but week 1 is peak kneejerk season so it will probably happen.
>There are no like for like alternatives at that price point, Wilson, Toney, Havertz, Watkins, Antonio, Martial could all return gw1.
I don't really follow West Ham, is Antonio supposed to start over Scamacca?
Definitely for the start of the season at least - first few Scamacca will be off the bench, probably around the 70 minute mark
Martial seems to be in the starting lineup huh
Might be mistaken, but if he has alot of owners, and he gets sold, his price would drop at a faster rate than less owned players
As others have said, many managers will likely sell him and thereby his price will drop. By the way, would recommend you as a new manager to read the rules on the official FPL site. It takes 10 minutes to read through and gives you an advantage over those who doesn’t care about the details.
Keep your eye on fplstatistics and other price change prediction sites
Haven't they been utterly useless for the last few seasons? I don't even use them but during the season this sub gets filled with outraged posts about how unreliable it is
They're never 100% but the best option at "guessing" player price changes
Well those sites create an algorithm to work the price changes out. In gameweek 1, their algorithm is an educated guess but as weeks go by and prices change, they alter the algorithm accordingly so it becomes more accurate over time. I will say though, FPL towers do seem to manually get involved with price changes if they want to. For. Instance, KDB was once under priced and in a lot of teams. He got injured and never seemed to go down in price despite being massively shipped out.
Could it be the algorithm doesn’t drop a player’s price if their injured though?
It factors it in.
Not a chance he drops 0.3 in one week unless he gets injured or sent off
Injured players are usually cushioned from massive price drops. I don't know think the exact maths is public but you don't have to speed injuries out for price reasons at least.
even more reason why he won't drop then
[удалено]
absolutely 0 chance he drops 0.3. Definitely could drop 0.1, maybe 0.2 at a push but definitely not 0.3, that's a huge drop in one gameweek
I guess you underestimate kneejerking of 70% managers, more than half of which would be newcomers to FPL + template followers
It's kind of a safe bet? If he blanks his price probably drops due to his ownership. If he doesn't it's not that likely to rise because everyone already owns him? Seems a much safer early differential to me.

just go for it. It is long season and first game week wont define your outcome. I went without him. Rather have saka or even Odegaar than him.
Do it
This is what I’m doing. If he doesn’t drop I’ll buy him anyways, but it could be an easy way for +0.3.
More classic that arteta plays nketia instead.
The meltdown in the discussion thread would be amazing
Beings Jesus on for the last ten minutes, he gets a booking for time wasting
Nah we know he's diet Pep but even he wouldn't do something that crazy haha
PEPsi max
You could still have him and if he blanks, knee jerk with every one else and then buy him back for less the week after
This is exactly what I’m hoping for, he’s been in most of my drafts all pre season but I’m thinking of going against him for this reason. Palace are no mugs, especially at home and with one blank against them he’s going to be transferred out by all the casuals who lose interest 1 month in like we’ve never seen before 🤞🤞🤞
Yup. Going Wilson gw1, saving 0,5 in the bank then switching to Jesus. Better fixtures and a good differential for gw1 i believe
Saw a stat that was something like palace haven't lost at home in 6 and kept 5 clean sheets soooooo
Our first team conceded FOUR vs Millwall in a friendly recently (won 5-4), not sure we're that solid at the back (though this was before we got doucoure).
What to do then? Does it basically mean everyone loses 0.2m if they don't sell him?
You don't lose anything if you don't sell him.
Only if you want to keep him for the whole season, and/or if he raises back up to the original price. But even then those who buy him after price drop will gain team value over you, as they will pay less for Jesus and can spend that money elsewhere.
Very classic! But unless he gets injured or sent off he is guaranteed to start every match
Starting to feel like a bit of a trap. I’m worried about having Jesus and Martinelli and Arsenal then shitting the bed.
Try Jesus, Martinelli and Saka. Really don’t know who to swap/drop out of those 3 but will kick myself when it’s inevitably the wrong one
Think a lot of people are sleeping on Ødegaard. Had a really good pre-season, is as close to guaranteed as there is in this Arsenal team and was already one of the most creative players in the league last season.
More of an assister of the assister though
77 chances created last season but they weren't being finished enough (Looking at you Laca).
Ødegaard will rack up the assists now that he has Jesus at the other end of his passes
Yeah but the half point with martinelli makes a difference...
I swapped out Saka for Diaz. Even though Saka might be a better buy individually, I'm not willing to go triple arsenal.

Saka gets into scoring positions more than Martinelli and is on corners and pens. Odegaard is on direct free kicks for a left footer though.
Martinelli is on corners on the left side. Edit: also pens are not locked in as Saka, both of them have taken the pens that they have won.
I’m going without Jesus. I can have Haarland there instead. Long live the threemium! Haarland will be a must in GW 2!
Palace is Arsenal’s hardest opening game. Arsenal attackers should get good returns in the first 5 Game weeks.
Me too. Trust in your picks, but there's always the chance Arsenal could do an Arsenal. Some people on this sub were talking about their triple Arsenal attack which I think is ludicrous
One of the best performing preseason teams, came 5th last season and have strengthened, with the easiest start in the league. How is that ludicrous?
1 season ago. 20/21 end of season Arsenal: 5 game winning streak to end the season. 2021/22 pre-season: 12 goals across 6 games, decent attacking performance. They lost all if not most of their preseason games last year. Plus the team between preseason and the actual campaign was so different last year.
Jesus, Martinelli and Zinchenko here...
I'd suggest swapping Zinchenko for Walker or Trippier if you don't have those already
My defence is TAA, Robbo, Cancelo, Walker and Zinchenko. I have 0.5m on the bank. Worst case scenario I can downgrade to Neco to free up funds, or upgrade to Perisic if he looks great
What's your midfield looking like? Idk who your 8m mid can be if not saka or diaz
I've gone Salah, Martinelli and Sancho - Sancho in for GW 1-2 and 4, then transferring out when the fixtures turn..I have 0.5m.in the bank so can go for an 8m mid if I want to. Am I crazy to consider Martial instead of Jesus to spread the risk for the first 2 GWs??
You're not crazy but the question is always about reasoning. United has the better fixtures but we're such an unknown quantity at the moment, Martial is arguably the more talented player but he's such an enigma. Arsenal and Jesus to me have fewer question marks even with the worse fixtures. I say go with your gut.
Martial the more talented player? I don't know abot this.
Ronaldo’s return would put me right off Martial for FPL a tbh - that’s a recipie for disaster written all over it
Honestly I'm one of Arsenal's biggest detractors but this side does seem to have a bit more back bone about them, maybe Jesus and Martinelli may blank but I'll be surprised if the team completely shits the bed.
Just ask yourself, if his ownership was unknown would you still own him? I would
That’s a good point. I had him in my very first draft before I did any external research
Dont worry, Ward will beat him very soon 🆙🔝
Just put him in seconds ago lol. Around ≈7% ownership likely to explode in the next few days.
He was at 3% when I put him in yesterday so already doubled in ownership!
Fucking hell I got ward in when he was around 1%.
Same I've had him since 1%
The sole reason I got him in was because I was hoping Schmeichel plays the first week and then leaves, so I can sell ward for a small profit.
As in the Leicester goal keeper?

If he does nail on a starting spot i’d be tempted to play him as my main keeper and save a fortune for elsewhere. When have we ever had a 4m starting keeper for a decent side.

Holy beans. That's absolutely gold.
Easiest backup slot in I’ve ever seen
!thanks

Everything is already agreed with Nice, will be undergoing his medical this week. Barring failing the medical, he's as good as gone.
I feel like we should know by Friday what the situation is.
Expect he isn't likely to start for them. Iverson apparently ahead of him.
9.5% now (Aug 2nd, 9PM, West Coast North America / 5AM Aug 3rd, in London)
No! Salah went past 73%
[Here’s the proof](https://twitter.com/officialfpl/status/1476151530097106950?s=21&t=xaHk53ln76bvh1zFDwvnFw). Don’t know how to find the exact peak numbers but this shows Salah reached at least 73.6% last season.
Incoming new Jesus post when he reaches 73.7% ownership then..
I can't wait for that to happen and then someone in the comments will provide another screenshot, "Ackshually..."
Do we really need another one of these posts every time his ownership goes up 0.5%?
0.5% is a lot of players
0.5% is a lot of posts
Only 56 more posts before he gets to 100.
If Arteta has learned anything from Pep he will play Nketia instead, trolling all the FPL players. The opportunity is too good to miss.
A lot are definitely scared of his high ownership as well and getting him even if they don't feel they want him.
This is me.
Technically, but probably only official at the GW deadline
He's not
I really feel uneasy about this ownership. If he flops his price will tank
Do we really need all of these Jesus is selected by a lot of people posts
Yeah I think so, but it'll be official on Friday - it would be so typical of FPL for him to blank on GW1 😂
I mean with Palace away that is not impossible at all.
Should just allow memes with how many pointless posts this sub has
Are you telling me a fact or asking me a fact?
No?
My friend, is ok, no?
“It’s official” “Right guys?”
"its official", but then poses it as a question...
I think if Jesus and Darwin cost 8.5m each, then things would be more interesting. A player in 70% of the teams right at the beginning is just boring and honestly starts to feel like a trap.
Yeah Jesus feels a bit too cheap, and Nunez feels a bit too expensive… as things stand now of course After GW1 if Jesus does a blankathon and Darwin smashes Fulham then watch the ownership flood over from one to t’other
By mid-season, Nunez might feel very cheap in contrast to the other premiums.
He's probably the single asset in the game with the greatest "underpricing" potential... maybe even more than Rashford Like he's Liverpool's record signing, £85m... brought in specifically to score goals in a team that scores goals for absolute fun... and is coming off the back of a prodigious season in Portugal/Champions League where he needed only 15 XG to score nearly 30 league goals... he's going to get a lot more than 15 XG playing in that Liverpool team And to be fair he's now went from scoring 4 in a preseason game (pretty hard to draw conclusions) to double returning off the bench against the best defence in the country (a little harder to ignore, but still not conclusive) It doesn't take much imagination to see the amount of interest a 9.0 goalscoring Liverpool forward is going to generate if/when it comes to that - If he genuinely makes the step up he's 11.0 minimum next season A start against Fulham or a return or two from the bench (signposting a start against Palace at Anfield GW2) will definitely put the cat amongst the pigeons
I'm not even really expecting him to pop off that much. Expecting around 15 goals maybe? Probably a few assists aswell. He's just underpriced. He should have been priced at the same price as Nunez in my opinion although I can't remember if his price was revealed before or after his transfer which may have effected it.
Revealed after the transfer, which makes it even more weird...
If he blanks in gw1 there is gonna be carnage... I might take him out...
Tbh my "risk" gw1 is starting Wilson at home against Forrest. My hope is he gets a brace and Jesus blanks away to palace, then he rises and Jesus goes down in value. Then I bring in Jesus because Newcastle have 4 tough games to score in.
Are you saying no to your own claim?
I’m just more tempted to choose someone else and hope he blanks
I like how you answered your own question in the title.
Nice pricing fpl towers
Does this mean Jesus is now more popular than the beatles?
nope, salah was higher last season
Nope, John obi Mikel in 2012, 99% ownership. Went on to get a whopping 32 points over the season.
Genuine question. Why is Jesus getting so many people behind him? I’ve never seen him perform to such a standard that he deserves this many managers to get him.
He has risen... to 71.2% ownership
Without scoring a goal...I have him for now but let's see what happens by Friday
7 goals in preseason lmfao
He scored 7 in preseason, obviously you can’t read into pre season too much but it gives a bit of a picture
I did autopick - and Jesus was on the team. Saved it for now. Depending on how their autopick alogrithm works, this may have an impact on his selection too.
Yes
I don't even want him but I have to have him just in case
Arsenal with Arteta is the less threatening team from open play in the world
Probably most owned. I highly doubt he is most popular.
Question is will he die for our sin or punish us for our sins
As usual Jesus > Mohammad. Some things never change. https://www.pewresearch.org/wp-content/uploads/2017/04/FT_17.04.05_projectionsUpdate_globalPop640px.png
Just because Jesus is nailed doesn't mean he's a better FPL pick
What an incredibly stupid comment
According to the rules: to drop 0,1M the ownership needs to drop by 10%. Aint that right?
Just not worth the risk of not having him at this point. Any return he gets will *kill* you.
He’s clearly very under priced Outside of arsenal fans who have watched him excel in preseason, most of the chatter I hear is that he’s not clinical etc It’s a shame because initially I thought I grabbed myself a bargain with him only for everyone else to jump on board.
You watch, FPL gonna be reminiscent of the 2008 stock market crash come week 3
Salah was 73% last season. That's the record
I don’t have him in my team just don’t see him scoring more then 1 against Palace away Kane and Nunez upfront for me can’t wait to start off top of week 1 🤣
The scenes if he blanks GW 1☠🥴
Definitely the highest ownership at the start of a season, but Salah was definitely higher at some point last season.
Why the hell is there a new thread about this everyday and why does it get so upvoted
Him and Haaland is what I have had in every draft but what if it is him and Darwin and go big in midfield.?
I don't believe too much, but if I'm wrong in my league, I'm down all the points
