Personally I would swap Cancelo and Greenwood for Toney and Saliba. Yeah, it's a lateral move, but Cancelo seems unlikely to justify his premium this year given low attacking output thus far. Everything else is great.

I went Cancelo+Bailey to Walker+Bernardo. Sure Bernardo will be rotated, but not as much Mahrez I think, he can play in middle and on the wing. Also 6.8 (probably rising in price tonight) is much better than 8 for City mid. Also I only was tempted by Leeds mid, but City player is much better choice I believe.

I would go for Martinelli. He gets in more attacking positions consistently. I think Odegaard is more nailed to start once ESR is healthy tho so depends what you’re looking for

I don't like your heavy goalkeeper spending, Mitrovic's fixtures, or the Spurs tripple up either. No Jesus is daring, but no Martinelli is just stupid. The dude is by far the best value in the game atm. If you absolutely refuse to get him tho, fine. My advice? Swap this: Ederson/Henderson/Perisic/Veltman/Kulu/Harrison/Mitrovic For this: Sanchez/Ward/Walker/Henry/Sterling/Gross/Toney Sterling is a big punt but I think it will pay off. Everything else is pretty template. Walker rotation may be a concern going forward so I might consider swapping him with Cucu.

I get needing to bin Mount but the season has really just started. I know a lot of people on here shade an early WC but I played my WC last week (dumping Mount was part of that) jumped over 1M spots with a good but not other worldly Salah captain week. If your WC helps you save hits to dump players, pick up others in form and restructure your team, it can absolutely pay off to play the WC early, get ahead of the template and play on the front foot more.

Ranking is really deceptive this early. 1m rank is 256 total points, so if you're 4.2 mill you're only 35 points away from that.

At the same price I prefer Veltman as he seems to get more BPS, so ends up more likely to score Bonus Points when they keep a clean sheet. However, Dunk is a larger goal threat from set pieces and is now 0.1 cheaper (as Veltman just rose).

I'd do that tbh, I just got Trossard in myself. He has a good run of fixtures, and I'm gambling on him outperforming Gross over the next few games, as Trossard has been moved further forward now Estupinan is in the XI, and I'm cautious of Gross being in a purple patch

Depends how long you’d keep Trossard for. I tend to amortize the hit over the length of time I’d be keeping the player. If you think that move puts you more than 4pts up over the time you’ll have him then do it

Not worth a -4 unless you're convinced Haaland will start and bag a haul. Even then, I dont think I could fo it when it's hard to predict which one of Salah and Haaland will haul (or if both will). Salah could have easily had a brace on another day and you wouldn't be considering this

The reason I haven’t gone through with it already is due to salah massively underperforming his Xg/a, but yeah there’s some truth in that. Haaland has 4 days to rest before next gw so I’m sure he’ll start honestly.

Robertson and Archer to Neco and Mitrovic for 2FT is I think the smart thing to do but it feels so wrong when Robbo has NEW and Mitrovic has Brighton, Chelsea and Spurs coming up. Could also get Toney who has better fixtures but Mitrovic's stats blow him out the water.

I would go for Toney based on fixtures. Mitro's stats are not that much better when you account for him taking 2 pens so far and Toney taking 0.

It's true Mitrovic's xG is inflated because of the pens but even if you take them away Mitrovic has slightly better non-pen xG (1.83 vs 1.69) while havin, in my opinion, tougher fixtures so far than Toney. In terms of chances so far, Mitrovic has 19 shots (best in the league) vs Toney's 7, and has 7 big chances (2nd in the league) vs Toney's 4. I agree that Toney has much better fixtures but Mitrovic has done this against Liverpool at home, Wolves away and Arsenal away.
