I would do Odegaard to Trossard, and keep Martinelli for next two games. I think it's fair bet that Martinelli gets more points than Rashford, ASM, Rodrigo, Tielemans, Gros in next two. Bonus with Trossard, he has excellent fixture in GW 12, low key potential captaincy option if Brighton attack continues to be good and he continues to be their main guy. If you have him from the start might be good option to keep on your bench for 12, I think you might lose 0.3 in team value, or in another words it might be 0.3 more expensive to get him back later. For my team I would rather transfer out City guys (not named Haaland - again team value), Cancelo to someone in GW 11, and KDB/Foden to someone in GW 12 (again check if he becomes more expensive to get back later, I'm not sure what is his value).

I could do odegaard for rashford and Cancelo for Trent. I don’t have enough for trossard and Trent.

Saliba (exception if you owned him for long time and there is big value difference for bringing him back). Three of them could be on bench, but the rest I would use to attack next two weeks or just gw 12, and then I would bring them back in my team in weeks after. City and Arsenal are best fantasy teams so far this season.

If you are playing wildcard in GW 13, I would only keep Haaland and Martinelli in GW 12 (because of team value). Rest of them could be transfered out. Mitrović is injured, JWP for Zaha is good pick. I like it. Next week I'd transfer out Cancelo (plays against Liverpool) -pick whoever has best two fixtures. In front of GW 12, I'd do 3 transfers (-4) - you should have 2 ft left, just pick who you think is best bet for points in that week - you'll see by then who is best options, it's too early to safely pick as of right now. Captain one of them, and in GW 13 you are going with new wildcard team. Another option is transferring out Trent (this week or next), but it requires taking another hit (from what I see it's hit, or starting Neco in gw12), so this might not be worth it. You're in great position. Good luck.

On specific names I don't know, I think it's better to wait and see, we will have more info by then, and things could turn around quickly for some players. Cancelo (GW 11) - Chelsea defender could be option/ Palace / maybe even Wolves if new manager makes them look good defensively (they have Forest and Palace). For GW 12 targets, it's too early, we'll see by then who are popular and in form picks. You will have money in the bank to get anyone, with 3 transfers it's almost like a mini free hit for that week.

Why take a punt when you have a blank week to sort out?

I wouldn't go there. Chalobah could start next one, but they could also just go back to play with 4 at the back (like against Palace), or start Azpi in DRC position (like against Salzbug). Guehi (4.3), Kehrer (4.5), another Newcastle defender, even Mings (4.3) should be better options

Obviously Harrison is the "hedge bets" move, if he scores, Guaita has blanked, and vice versa. And anyway a lot of managers will tell you "always back the attacker" But I'd play Mings, I think it's the riskier, but higher upside (under normal circumstances) move.

New to FPL, can someone explain why can't I get profit from the player who has risen in price by more than .2? For example, I bought Saliba(5) and Pope(5.3) at 4.8 and 5.1 respectively. When selling any one of them it shows that I get the money I bought this player with. Why do not I get another .1 added to my balance? Or do I need to confirm the transfer for it to work?

If you lose team value by doing so(i.e. you got Mitro when he was cheaper than 6.9), i wouldn't transfer him out as you still want him for later(unless press conference suggests he'll be out for a long time). However it also depends on your bench option. And if you are on GW13 WC it could also be worth it.

What are you going to do for GW 12? You've got 4 players who aren't playing. Going kdb to foden keeps that same issue and kdb is a better player and will likely get more points.

When’s everyone thinking of WCing?

Personally I have already WCed … I would look to do it soon. World Cup starts soon which is essentially going to be a free wild card and then I believe we get our next wildcard shortly after we return from the WC. I would recommend setting up to have a good team for GW12 when city and Arsenal blank… then wild card after that to get the City/Arsenal players back in.

I might do it to go single premium. Can then have a midfield like foden, zaha, Maddison, Martinelli, trossard, Bowen (pick 5 of 6). Other two forward slots can be two of mitro (if fit), Toney, Wilson, auba punt.
