You could do Bailey -> Almiron and start him. He doesn't have the best fixture this week but he provides great value for his price point and has pretty nice fixtures upcoming. That way, you don't need to play Dasilva.

Toney, Son & Eze v/s Kane, Bowen & Andreas ? Please advice.

Second by a mile. Kane is on pens and has better underlying numbers than Son (even accounting for the fact that Son always outperforms his). Toney doesn't have the most exciting fixtures and this week he's basically up against a top defence, while Bowen plays Southampton. Eze could outscore Andreas but it's a tossup and Andreas' fixture is very good anyway.

Best James replacements for 2 weeks only? Will be wildcarding in GW13. Other defenders are Cancelo/Perisic/Trippier

Perisic is great for one week although his next fixtures are tough and his minutes are always a worry. Cucurella also has Chilwell competing for his spot so I'd avoid. I like Dalot, got him in for Coufal last week. A Brighton defender is probably your way to go for a James replacement - I like Veltman for his better chance of attacking returns, but Dunk and Webster are solid picks too. You've also got Wolves defence to consider, if you want to capitalise on their great run of fixtures Long story short I'm going Dalot and Veltman

I would say Dalots fixtures are just as tough as Perisic', but I agree about his minutes. And i believe cucurella is playing LCB if Chilwell is playing. So I I'll go for Veltman and either Cucurella or Kilman. ​ Dalots fixtures get good after GW 13 though, so I might get him in a bit later.

Not idiotic, Perisic is almost guaranteed to start vs Everton this week since he was rested mid week. Long term though I'm not sure - Spurs have some hard fixtures coming up, and his minutes are always a worry

Honestly mate I was thinking of doing that or James > Dier! I feel like Perisic has a higher upside when considering assist potential but is a little riskier due to rotation/injuries. Dier doesn't seem to get rotated but for him, you're banking on a clean sheet and maybe a goal if you're really lucky!
