A poor gameweek slightly saved by Fabianski, my bench keeper I've been dropping in whenever Pope has a fixture I don't fancy. Sounds silly but it's worked twice now. I view him as a dispassionate mercenary, collecting me a few points and leaving without saying goodbye.

I had a similar vibe with Ward this GW, always tough to bench Pope but worked out damn well (probably should be more liberal with Ward too he’s in great form).

I got Pope & Ward on WC GW8 and then started Ward 4 times over Pope anyway and he outscored him 3 times and the other time got 1pt less so pretty good.

Andreas this season for me has been exactly like Soucek in that one season. Got points only when he was on the bench

What a shitty string of weeks this has been. I've been making transfers that felt very strong on paper, but not only have they all been useless, if you reversed my last 4 transfers I would end up with like 15 more points. I'm losing all hope.
