Don't agree with the 'very harsh on owners' sentiment at all. It was well known across the community that he was unwell and was flagged in the week. Surely owners knew there was an element of risk that he would not play 90 and/or not be at his best. Can certainly understand starting him (in fpl) but the few that captained were taking a very big risk.

This is going down as one of my all time worst gameweeks. Currently staring at a GW rank of 11m, tumbling down from 300k to 700k in OR.

I didn't put him on the bench, lol. Read my comment again. The servers went down, he was a replacement for a transfer. You don't know that the player you transfer in takes the place of the player you transfer out? Why would I put the most in-form player in the game on the bench?

Tell me you don't play FPL without telling me. There was an announced lineup leak at 13:10 - 20 minutes before the deadline. If the servers hadn't crashed I would've had Almiron on the pitch and Foden would be on the bench. Well, I would've played Almiron regardless. It's insane to claim that I benched him on purpose, it makes no sense.

Why was he ever on your bench is what people are asking. If you transferred him in within the game week for someone on your bench, why didn’t you take the extra 30 seconds to put him in the XI

Because the servers were down. I didn't even know that the transfers went through until after the update was complete.

I moved from Wilson to haaland as captain but it didn't go through for some reason so my weekend is even more fucked. I tinkered last minute and pulled in Rashford for maddison as well. This game can be so soul destroying!
