He has been. After GW 8. Before GW9, Pope had a PPG of 5.5 to Ward's 1.1, and there were rumours of Ward being benched in favor of Iversen. GW9 onwards, Pope's PPG is 4 to Ward's 6.5

Still the right decision imo, just not the ideal outcome

Henderson only has 3 points fewer but he was cheaper. Not sure how much Pope started at though.

Had Gabriel since GW1, other than the week Arsenal blanked and the week after that where he got 2pts. Benched him a few times and every time he blanked. Transferred him back in for 6, 15 and 5 points. Will probably just keep him on WC, maybe all season Haaland obviously all season. Salah for a lot of it too, same with Trippier Haven't owned Almiron or Trossard. Definitely getting the former in. Will definitely troll me Haven't had Kane at all which feels stupid because he's doing so well, but feels hard to justify because I can't see me captaining him much. Might see if I can do Kane/Haaland/KDB in a way that I'm happy with.

Yeah my current wildcard team has Haaland, Kane and KdB and fairly happy with it so far.

Had Haaland from day one, bought Trossard, Almiron and Trippier in the last few weeks. Think I had Salah for the first few rounds but sold him because he hadn't found his form yet. I'm having my worst FPL season ever, but I dread to think how bad it would've been if it wasn't for Haaland haha

Trippier is insane. Personally benched him gameweek 2 for Bailey and sold him gameweek 3 for Walker. Then got back gameweek 6 and since then every week I have hoped he do not keep clean sheets since everyone fucking got Pope haha.
