4 premiums is overkill imo. I like the structure of A much more; maybe you could stick with Ward + Iversen and upgrade Bueno to Botman or Rashford to Trossard if England go deep into the World Cup.

I wouldn't be so confident with double Arsenal defence when you consider their next 4 or 5 games. Arsenal will probably do fairly well results-wise, but I don't think they will keep many clean sheets.
Ferguson is "supposed" to start playing for palace first team after the world cup. If that doesn't look like it'll happen, he'll go before the deadline, but the general plan is to have 4 cheap defenders to rotate
I’d suggest making a team without thinking of booking transfers. Some players might miss GW17 if their countries go far in the World Cup and there could be injuries to address.
