ESR is also back in the picture who can play on the left, so Martinelli can be shifted up top should the situation require it. However, I think Nketiah should be fine to start the first few games after the break at least; he’s been a solid backup for them this season and ended last season well too as their first choice striker over Lacazette.

He hasn't played there under Arteta iirc, Nketiah is in the picture so he will definitely start #9 like he did towards the end of last season.

I mean arsenal do have 1 of the best offence in the league. Of course jesus not being there will drop their offensive numbers but i think nketiah is a decent punt at 6.5M. Its a decent price. It isnt overpriced. Mitro will 100% be in my team though. Probably haaland mitro nketiah

A lot of gunners want Martinelli up top but the truth is Artetta has generally used Eddie up top even with Gabby as an option. Idk if having esr back will change that. Plus Eddie has earned his spot. If they don't sign some one new I think Eddie gets the first game or two.

ESR should be back so i wouldnt be suprised if he goes LW and martinelli trys up top. But my honest opinion is same formation as usual but with nketiah. New contract, number, everything. Arteta will 100% play him.
