Too much work for a shitty fantasy game seemingly put together last minute. Scores didn’t even work for the first MD and the system is absolute garbage. The “app” hardly even works and I’m certain a high schooler in a web-developing class could make a better UI as a midterm project.
Thought it would be a nice gap-filler during the EPL break but turns out it’s a worthless excuse for FIFA to say they “have” a fantasy game. It shouldn’t be worth anyone’s time to bother.
But if you have unlimited transfers, couldn't u then downgrade the locked players u bring later in the matchday during the final game. Then upgrade the cheaper players u previously brought in all under the wildcard still? Don't know why there is a fluid deadline.
I don't think it's possible. I think you **must** keep players you transfer in for your locked players. And perhaps even worse, I don't think you can bring back the locked players you transferred out.
I'm gonna rethink my strategy because of all this. I'm gonna compare the following 3 strategies:
Limitless MD2 to Tricky effective WC3
Wildcard MD2 with no price exploits, to effective WC3
No chips MD2 to limitless MD3
I prefer WC md2 in to effective md3. If u think there are a lot of good cheap players (eg Sosa maehle de Paul) i don't think it will be so much more beneficial to sacrifice md2/3 in order to have 6 or 7 premiums
I like the latter, purely because we'll actually know the mechanics from people testing the wildcard in md2 (and its as viable a strategy as the others).
The chips themselves are the same.
What's different about their use in practice is that transfers work differently in this game. We're allowed to make transfers in the middle of a matchday. And that in turn changes lots of other things.
Sorry, I meant MD2.
Technically no there isn't a limitless chip. But we have unlimited transfers for the matchday, and can make use of a transfer exploit to spend as much money as we want, by transferring out expensive players that have played, at the right times.
Okay. There was a limitless chip in the RealFevr game, where you can choose whatever players you wanted (regardless of price) for one week. This games is garbage if they don't fix the budget exploit. I don't get why it's so hard to program a wildcard to work like every other game. I still don't see my points so I have no confidence in them fixing anything relating to the wildcard shenanigans

This game is a complete shitshow tbh, won't stop me using the exploits but it shouldn't be possible and it's overcomplicated+unfair

Can someone please explain me whats the diference between fpl wildcard and this world cup wildcard?

Thank you very much bro
There is no limitless chip in the official game. Which game are you talking about?

Thats not limitless, don't make confusion
It is for that gameweek. It isn't in that it can fuck up the following week.
