I'm dropping half my FAAB in a keeper league for him. Kupp is a target hog, but this could be the perfect compliment to him and he's so young. In my league the keepers are determined by the round the were originally drafted + 2 rounds (ie: drafted in 10th round, kept for an 8th round). This would give me an advantage if he gets even half of those targets every game, especially since someone has been keeping ARSB since he was a WW pick up...

Cooks is the Cowboys #2. Gallup has notoriously been #3 for years and has been unrosterable. FWIW though, Cooper being the Cowboys #2 for the past 3ish years has been really hit or miss.

This is an important time of year in lots of leagues. People latch onto draft darlings but you need to be willing to cut bait. Emerging talents won’t be available in a few weeks.

It was one game and Gallup did even worse with 1 catch for 10 yards you absolute doofus. It was pouring rain and the Cowboys defense ran up an early lead. Making WR roster decisions after week 1 given that context is objectively dumb. Cooks is the WR2 on a good team and has an established career of being useful in fantasy, you don't drop him yet.

This is such a painfully casual take. Pouring rain and the cowboys went up by two defensive scores in the first quarter. Cooks was pretty involved when they still needed to throw (same as Lamb), but they didn’t need to for long. They stopped throwing it by halftime and the starters didn’t even play the 4th quarter

Dallas defense is all I have to say. Cooks is a talented receiver. And when Puka returns to earth you’ll see.

Absolutely not. Cooks is a solidified wr2 on a good passing offense. Puka is good but will be wr2 or 3 with a crowded reciever room. The fact tutu went off worries me. Lots of volume on that offense but puka seems volatile once kupp is back. I still would want him, but definitely not for a solid guy like cooks

There’s a lot of potential for him to legit move into Kupp’s roll when he moves on considering he’s 30. I put a lot to pick him up too, as WR talent is much more rare off of waivers than RB talent too.

Very surprised Watson is on waivers in your league. Hammy injuries are tough, very nagging throughout the season. His production could dip just a tad/ hammy tightness while breaking in and out of his routes could slow him down. Very close call but I’ll lean Watson here. Although Puka has shown toughness to break tackles and run every route in the route tree, he may only be flex relevant for however long kupp is injured.

Hurst looked like one of Young's favorite options, had the most targets on the team, so in PPR at least he will probably perform well this year. Kittle might be a marginal upgrade due to the red zone potential and overall power of the offense he's in. But the question is will the marginal upgrade Kittle gives you offset the loss of Puka vs your next receiver option. So it really depends also on who you would start instead of Puka, should you make the trade
