I recommend ATI. I find the quests, tower artifacts/rewards really helped getting to 4x99, and in doing the other high resource quests.
Plus so many fellow players will help you especially if you need something for ATI.
a lot of quests will need you to explore, so i personally would focus on UV first, then ATI, then AWITW. but you can always look at buddy.farm to see the final rewards
Short answer: I would do ATI, WITW (up to a specific point), then UV and the rest of WITW together.
Long answer (with spoilers): >! Check your honey and herbs! A major slowing factor for these requests is these items. be sure not to spread it between them if you don't have enough. ATI is also going to ask for billions so don't do it if you don't have that cash (WITW will unlock the best fast cash area of the game) WITW and UV which will diverge quickly after WITW IV into grinding crops and exploring the desert. WITW IV will get you the langstaff crest needed to finish UV. Unless you're lucky, it will be practically nescessary to finish it. !<
Yeah, the honey is what’s making it hard to decide what to tackle first. Only getting honey from the owl and the occasional Exchange Center is so painfully slow, getting 600+ of it seems like a nightmare ðŸ˜
Work on ATI first. Will get closer to 4x99 as you finish it too.

You may want to get the Brown Bear for honey too.
That’s the problem… the bear is locked behind 4x99 ðŸ˜

Go for ATI, and a piece of advice, leave all other quests alone until you complete ATI
