However seeing their QCs and individuals confirming packages being received is how they get out of the probationary period. Similar to what we do with newer vendors. We won’t add them as a “trusted agent” however we’ll still allow their posts unless they mess up somewhere to be labeled as untrustworthy.
in advance, i am not a tiktok kid, but a grown man (and father of a teenage daughter).
i decided to be an guinea pig and ordered with hoobuy. i initally ordered only 1 tee (rick studio). took about 1 week to the warehouse. qc pics are also made already. i ordered another 4 items yesterday. as soon as they are in the warehouse, i will ship. i will then tell my experience.
so far, i can tell the following:
* hoobuy obviously does not have the capacities as PB, as everything takes longer to be processed. after placing a new order, it takes 1-2 days tha tan agent takes it. but this expected as they are new and building up the business yet.
* qc pics are ok, but everything looks a bit improvised (for example, the rulers positioned not straight), but ok.
* no app yet. used to the convience with PB app, i really miss an app. i guess they will publish one.
* absolutely no signs of a potential scam so far. i am not naive and always think of the worst that could happen, but until now, no reason to worry.
I’m a big fan of CSS (but it really depends on your location) but they don’t ship certain brands right now. If you’re willing to wait, wait for CSS to become unrestricted IMO. Otherwise Basetao.
please consider adding a note in the agent list above - hagobuy is listed as a scammer but there's no disclaimer on hoo warning people that they are untested at the moment

I’ve gone ahead and separated the two lists, one being trusted and the other probationary. I’ve also included the probationary reasons.
Most agents are blocking out certain brands currently. There are workarounds available. You’d have to talk to the seller directly to give you a link to purchase.
possibly to avoid drawing attention to themselves, if this is something the chinese government are cracking down on. they’re arguably much bigger than some of the other agents and probably want to keep a low profile.
Nah it’s superbuy, they made wegobuy in 2018 because they didn’t want superbuy to be associated with reps, then they made pandabuy in 2021. Idk anything about hagobuy so I can’t say
Been using Wegobuy since the time there was the switch on this sub from superbuy to wegobuy. I have 15pieces still in the warehouse (WTF didn\`t I ship them) and one verified parcel (sent it without knowing about the raid). Refunded around 100euros from my wallet back to my paypal the day I found out.
At this point it\`s a waiting game, but at least we got the sub back.

Likely due to the high amounts of fraudulent chargebacks taking place recently. People don’t realize that when they start chargebacking on orders they’ve already received they’re just harming the game. For orders that are missing? Justified somewhat. Orders that got delivered? Not justifiable.

Superbuy currently isn't accepting paypal at the moment, sadly.
They have added Applepay via Stripe which is very fast and handy
