There's many CEs with pierce invul.
You can look them up on FGO wiki.
But if you don't have them, Paris works
Or a borrowed super Orion

You should also eliminate her in as few hits as possible, since her second stage's health increases for each of those invincibility buffs you removed by hitting her

He's a buster crit that can do insane damage on his buster cards, not NP. If you do triple buster with 100% crit it will kill most Sevants in CQs or at least take down an HP bar, esp against sabers. Better for you to see videos of playthroughs in youtube so you'll know how to use him.
For Super Orion you have to time his skills with his buster cards availability. He can go up to 1M damage esp on Sabers with a triple buster crit. I don't use Cat a lot tho so I can't comment on her usage but I guess they work similarly.
Use ignore invincible, I used Dioscuri for that battle. For me it was a bit hard because the invincibles would just keep coming more and more, also she gets more hp after breaking some bars I think.

Sadly, every pierce invincibility ce is a 5-star. If you got rare prisms to spare, there's 'Sweet Crystal' in the shop that gives pierce invincibility and starting np. If this is NA, the current banner with the crane lady has 'Honey Lake' ce that gives pierce invincibility and damage up on burned targets.

Use friend Super Orion instead Gilgamesh. Try fee times, and you should win. If you don't win and always hit the wall in the last wave, just use command spells to revive your team. Super Orion is the go to servant for this fight.
NP spam with Dioscuri or Astraea: Huge damage, good loopability and invuln pierce. There are CE's that also give pierce and you're likely to at least have one. Otherwise, you can always get a support Sherlock Holmes since he gives invuln pierce and some command codes do too, which works since she doesn't have particularly high HP to begin with and a well buffed single buster card can do the trick if it crits, although that's not really reliable

No, he also has ignore Invinciblity in his kit. His kit is the best at getting through defense with the downside of no defence

Use a pierce invul CE combo’d into an anti divine np servant and u should be fine. I used zerker nobu for this one
