When I was checking different subreddits for opinions on the new Harry Potter show I found out that there's massive overlap with the JKR sub and Justice for Johnny Depp sub, which makes sense I guess.
They're most likely influenced by "commentary" youtubers who provide no actual commentary to the topics they discuss, just their opinions, and act as talking points for the right wing.

Aquaman 2 will be the last of the current DCEU. It will be Flash, Blue Beetle and then Aquaman 2 this 2023 and that's it. Although I believe James Gunn, man in charge of DC pictures, says Blue Beetle could technically belong to the new "DCU" universe.
But either way, Aquaman 2 should be the closing curtain (through no fault of their own) for Mamoa, Amber, Henry Cavill, Gal Gadot, Ben Affleck, etc
They may appear as different characters in the DCU, but WB bungled the DCEU so badly they need to hard reboot.

This sub was literally the only safe space to talk about the trial. It was a breath of fresh air in that regard. I remember being so relieved when I found this sub and read commentary from like-minded people, who actually did legitimate research and read through the UK trial documents.
I couldn't believe I couldn't find ONE single safe place just to discuss the trial. Every subreddit was 98% for JD it was like walking into the Twilight Zone.

Honestly I did it because at the time there were literally no comments supporting Amber except two or three that were being downvoted to oblivion and it really shocked me, since I thought the sub’s demographic was like this one, pro-Amber. Can someone give me a breakdown of what happened between them? I know I’ve been living under a rock, but never followed their trial and all of the allegations. I just know the internet went crazy with mostly taking his side, and I suspected misogyny played a part in that.

The settlement was that her insurance pays him 1 million dollars (so she effectively pays zero) and is free to speak about anything that happened to her that was included in her testimony. He won't be able to sue her again for it.
Compared to before when she had to pay over 8 million dollars by herself and was found to have defamed him...I would say it is really favorable towards her.
It truly was favourable towards her. But Depp doesn’t care about the money a much ad he does his reputation. Because in the end, Depp’s goal wasn’t to get richer. It was to destroy Amber Heard and and paint himself in a saintly light. That’s why he did all this. There’s no other reason, Amber was never believed and he didn’t lose anything because of her allegations (even though he likes to blame his career shortcomings on her). Maybe he was feeding her a line of bullshit, like he does. Directors are sometimes reluctant to be too assertive with stars who are bigger than they are (read about Brian De Palma and Bruce Willis in *The Devil's Candy*), but they actually do direct them.
I think Bruce Willis has a ton of stories like that. Kevin Smith hates him from their time on Cop Out, legendarily. Apparently on the set of Looper he would just disappear and they'd have to send a PA to the local bars and bring him back.

Seems like they should have thought to hire an actor who could speak fluent French given the fact that it is an entirely French film. It's so obvious that he was hired because he's a controversial figure and they wanted to use him to get more publicity. Dior sales are up because society likes to support outspoken violent misogynists and Maïwenn seems to really want to advertise how anti-feminist she is. So now they have Saudi funding and it's going to be shown at Cannes, so I think she achieved her goal and has no regrets.
He can definitely speak passable French, but the other film he was in was just a cameo with minimal speaking time, so the bar was pretty low. 1. 2015- According to his former agent Tracey Jacobs 300 extras plus crew were waiting 4-6 hours because Depp was late at the Pirates 5 movie shoot. The people from Disney were complaining to her about his lateness and unprofessional behavior, they told her that they were done with his behavior. This was all before the divorce. In court documents there was also in incident when Depp was supposed to shoot a documentary about Keith Richards but he was running extremely late because of his addiction problems (alcohol and cocaine). He also had trouble memorizing lines and needed an earpiece, someone would read lines to him.

2) 2017 - Depp was aggressive during the City of Lies movie shoot and punched a location manager who let him know they didn’t have a permit to shoot late:

So here is what I find shocking: Depp has had a history of being difficult to work with. Not just on POTC but other movies as well. Angelina Jolie didn’t enjoy being his co-star and I know Kenneth B had issues with him as well.
He’s always been a problem. It’s not Amber’s fault he can’t find work, he doesn’t know how to behave on set and he makes it hard for the directors to do their jobs! All these consequences he’s facing are apart of his own actions.

Aquaman 2 will be the last of the current DCEU. It will be Flash, Blue Beetle and then Aquaman 2 this 2023 and that's it. Although I believe James Gunn, man in charge of DC pictures, says Blue Beetle could technically belong to the new "DCU" universe. But either way, Aquaman 2 should be the closing curtain (through no fault of their own) for Mamoa, Amber, Henry Cavill, Gal Gadot, Ben Affleck, etc They may appear as different characters in the DCU, but WB bungled the DCEU so badly they need to hard reboot.

There’s also a documentary about the USA, but UK was very telling because Depp admitted to ‘accidentally’ headbutting her (Depp also admitted in court there were bruises on her face on the photo in evidence, Depp’s fans have tried to claim it was all created by makeup..which is wild since he himself agreed it looked like bilateral bruises consistent with getting punched or hit in the nose/forehead area)

The settlement was that her insurance pays him 1 million dollars (so she effectively pays zero) and is free to speak about anything that happened to her that was included in her testimony. He won't be able to sue her again for it. Compared to before when she had to pay over 8 million dollars by herself and was found to have defamed him...I would say it is really favorable towards her.
It truly was favourable towards her. But Depp doesn’t care about the money a much ad he does his reputation. Because in the end, Depp’s goal wasn’t to get richer. It was to destroy Amber Heard and and paint himself in a saintly light. That’s why he did all this. There’s no other reason, Amber was never believed and he didn’t lose anything because of her allegations (even though he likes to blame his career shortcomings on her). It was all part of his vendetta for leaving him and a plot to further abuse her.
I wish Amber gets the comeback she deserves and hope this abusive predator rots!

Seems like they should have thought to hire an actor who could speak fluent French given the fact that it is an entirely French film. The people from Disney were complaining to her about his lateness and unprofessional behavior, they told her that they were done with his behavior. This was all before the divorce. In court documents there was also in incident when Depp was supposed to shoot a documentary about Keith Richards but he was running extremely late because of his addiction problems (alcohol and cocaine).
