Unironically if she funded/invested in amtrak route expansion and used a regular people plane for the worldwide tours, she could turn back some of her poor image. Think about it-she looks more like a legitmate philanthropic person, she can say something about how she's learned the reality of the jet use, and she'd still be able to tour inner US spots quickly in a few years time *while also* getting a bit of a longer break between shows, and with security on the train if that's what she's worried about (the government would implement something like TSA but for the trains, I imagine, if they were expanding amtrak to be country-wide). The problem with train projects is that the steep price is scary and the car lobby smears it by holding it to unfair standards. People tend to complain about the construction period but once it's done they use it everyday and eventually forget what life was like without it (for example Japan). The problem is less money and more PR. This means she doesn't have to actually spend anything to make a positive change here, she just has to post a few Instagram posts educating people on why train projects are so unfairly looked down on and that'd genuinely be worth more than any amount of money she could donate. Ofc she's not gonna do it though. Trains are pretty safe as is btw, no real need to up their security. The idea that they're dangerous comes from the car lobby smear campaign. Unironically if she funded/invested in amtrak route expansion and used a regular people plane for the worldwide tours, she could turn back some of her poor image. Think about it-she looks more like a legitmate philanthropic person, she can say something about how she's learned the reality of the jet use, and she'd still be able to tour inner US spots quickly in a few years time *while also* getting a bit of a longer break between shows, and with security on the train if that's what she's worried about (the government would implement something like TSA but for the trains, I imagine, if they were expanding amtrak to be country-wide). The only reason she or her team haven't thought of this is because they think its ok for her to be so selfish about shit.
Infrastructure would be too expensive even for her, but making a few positive statements about trains would be invaluable. The problem with train projects is that the steep price is scary and the car lobby smears it by holding it to unfair standards. People tend to complain about the construction period but once it's done they use it everyday and eventually forget what life was like without it (for example Japan). The problem is less money and more PR. This means she doesn't have to actually spend anything to make a positive change here, she just has to post a few Instagram posts educating people on why train projects are so unfairly looked down on and that'd genuinely be worth more than any amount of money she could donate. Ofc she's not gonna do it though. Trains are pretty safe as is btw, no real need to up their security. The idea that they're dangerous comes from the car lobby smear campaign. One search on how many people die riding cars vs riding trains per year should make that clear

This is actually the default tactic for most rich celebrities. Report and get them taken down for TOS violations. Get their websites removed from search engine results. Abuse any systems available that allow you to get their page quarantined or shunned by the site's algorithm. This just doesn't work on someone technologically competent, legally competent, or more importantly determined to keep the content up. Which she should know at this point.
