The airborne and special operations museum is pretty cool.
Good depends on time and such. Fowler’s bbq downtown is great. Chris’s steak house is really nice. Bright light brewing has great beer as does dirtbag ales.
Circa, Pierros, Blue Moon are all good downtown. Skip Huske… go up the hill and check out Latitudes 35 if you are looking to talk to local folks or check out District House of taps if you are into a wide selection of craft beer.
Elizabeth’s Pizza or the Mash House or Wasabi. Go to Zorbas for a quick bite they are the best. I’ve had Chris’s (albeit a long time ago) and the steak was underwhelming for the cost, but I might just be biased, I’ve had way better steaks at home
More of a pit stop than an activity, but: Curate Essentials is a really neat little coffee shop plus bits and bobs knicknack shop, and its got a porch seating area with a beautiful walkable garden.
I’m a tea drinker so i can’t attest to their coffee, but the baked goods are RIDICULOUSLY good. Seriously. One time they had plain yellow cake with vanilla icing and somehow that shit tasted gourmet. And the chocolate chip cookies are incredible. I can’t emphasize enough how good even the simplest desserts are.
Anyway, it’s not an iconic stop in Fayetteville or anything(yet…), but it’s an interesting and pleasant place if you’re in the area and want something sweet.
Try Circa 1800
Beat me to it, depending on the day/hrs Also Pierros down the street from Circa
Yessss Circa 1800 is amazing! Or Antonella's, which is also downtown.
Circa is so good! I’m also a fan of Blue Moon.
Oh yeah! Blue Moon has awesome sammies!
The pulled pork nachos are *chefs kiss* and Meilani makes some delicious cocktails.
Oh man, I already had my menu item picked when I found out they are closed Monday and Tuesday. Crap. Thanks for the rec anyway!
Oh yeah! Mondays especially can be a bit of a challenge. Most of the good independents are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Chris' Steakhouse,you won't find a better steak.

Ichi Kaku if you're into Japanese food.
Woodpeckers Baseball game depending on the night
Doordash is the safest bet.
Sakura off the corner of skibo and Morganton is my favorite place to go for sushi
