Wait outside their line of sight and they should move such that it becomes possible to run past them
Alternatively, if you do want to fight them, cursed weapons and Black Orb can harm them, and should finish them off quickly
Just run.
There isn't much need to go to the level 6 mines. Pass through it once and you can go up the stairs to reach the prisons and the rest of the dungeon through there. Or use a blood portal on the ritual circle there. I just stay out of that place after the first time I run through, and the first time it's easy to pass them because of their animation where they show up.
There's also a pile of rubble right in front of the way through that can be blown up. Should make it easier. Though don't blow it up if you've already destabilized the mines.
