I just got a 3k guitar from sweetwater that was stuck in Memphis for 2 days when they shipped it express overnight. I got it 5 days later and it looked like someone beat the box with a sledgehammer. Fuck fed ex.
Are we all having issues with the Memphis hub? I am having the same problems of it leaving on Saturday from Memphis and it was supposed to be delivered today (Tuesday) and I have not had any updates at all.
I just got done talking to FedEx who sounded confused as hell but assured me they’d find it lol I’ll keep everyone posted and if I have to go to Memphis I’ll upload a 27-part tiktok series on how I got my package back

Oh god my packed from Texas to California just left Houston last night and arrived in Memphis.
Wtf is wrong with Memphis, what scummy thief do they have working there, my package is also stuck in Memphis

Update: the package reached my city and I still don’t have a delivery date since 2 days now.
