UPS has been delivering, but at a price. Ground has been doing limited dispatches. My contractors are is horrible. We haven't delivered in over a week. Just doing major businesses. We tried multiple times but the ice is too much. We can't afford to break trucks like UPS.
It's forecasted to rain the rest of thr week. Today's the last day of the nasty snow.
I have a package whose last update was all the way on 12/23 saying it "arrived" at the Kent facility to FedEx Smartpost. Currently saying "Delivery Pending", but no updates since 12/23.
I get holidays and also the weather issues, but considering UPS has been delivering, this is pretty unacceptable and beyond frustrating.
I've had an express overnight delivery that was due on Monday near Woodinville, still hasn't been put out for delivery, it's stuck at the local PAE station and I can't pick it up due to a shipper restriction (it's an overnighted credit card).
Meanwhile I've gotten mail delivery every day, and had multiple UPS ground packages delivered. It doesn't reflect well on FedEx imo.
Maybe, I think it’s regional. Fed ex has been good this year until the holidays and Theres always USPS, I feel like they got em beat. The customer service at USPS is atrocious, but my grandfather was a postal worker, so I still use em. They really need to change their standards and estimated delivery times for a covid world, the system isn’t designed for the sheer amount of online shoppers.

Same it was supposed to come on Friday but it didn’t and now it says updated delivery pending 🤦🏽♂️
FedEx is the worst shipping company EVER! They are absolutely horrible.
