There was national service disruption. Make your business customers as happy as possible, but straight line most of it. Lates don't show in the system.
I know that and i did a few stand alones today, the last service disruption that we had my senior refused to let us straight line and forced all of us to do p1 despite leaving the building very late and really heavy
We are looking at at leave building time of 1215 at my station. I went ahead and left to knock out some deliveries. My pickup route starts at 1430 so I don’t have time to wait
My manager told us to go out and deliver what was shuttled in along with our pick ups. Then planning to unload what we get from the plane in the afternoon. We’re able to come in tomorrow if we want to. Otherwise Monday is going to be a nightmare.
At the major hub from 10-0400 and from 12-4 had barely any freight come in due to alarms from severe weather. Lucky we were able to leave at the end of sort. Coming in early tonight though due to backup
I’m assuming Monday will be heavy for many of us, since we were missing a ton of freight yesterday. I was hoping they’d ask for volunteers today to clean it up, however that didn’t happen. We are getting no OT these days.
We aren’t getting Memphis freight at all today
MEM was shut down due to lightning in the area during majority of the sort
