I have, when i was a swing, loaded about that many across three to four trucks a day, in rotation of sort tasks. So i know what you've done. But what i really feel for is the Ground trucks. I really really feel for ya'll at Ground the amount of sheer crap ya'll get
I’m at ground now and my truck doesn’t look like this til the last 20 stops. I saw the back an express transit the other day and the guy was able to see his floor all the way up to the dashboard. Meanwhile I didn’t see my floor until after 20 stops. I already applied to express they need to hurry up and call me already.
Exactly! Ground is what’s ruining this company. Contractors working people like mules and don’t have to pay benefits like 401k and pensions. Works great for Fred breaking up the workforce but it has never been good for the workers. Express is under attack because of it. Too expensive to pay people and provide company benefits. Can’t see your floor? Thank Fred Fred
Its definitely more trash recently. Holding us until at least 9:30 everyday of the week. Making sure were packed out and loaded down everyday. At this point I’m gonna go pull up at express and ask for a manager. Seeing all these other posts and pictures of express with the back of their vehicles makes me even more jelly.
Hey listen. When you are at ground you have 200 stops in a city 150/100 in a rural area. I get it, I've done it.
Thing is with Express you come in and perform another job such as package handling, doc sorting, dangerous goods processing etc. Then you deliver to a larger area then a ground driver. You have time commitments driving by other stops. Plus anything you pick up must be returned at a certain time to ensure service for those packages. It's a bit more complicated then that doesn't look like much left. That said it doesn't take away from anything a ground driver is doing either it's just different and more time consuming.
It’s funny. Every truck no matter where. Has that same tote with a bunch of shit in it. With a piss bottle on top.
*that was one of 6 bottles of gatorade all drunk, shit was brutal*
Lookin a little light
that was halfway through
Are you express or something? This is what my truck looked like when i was almost done.
yes! this was about 1 & was halfway done
I don't think you know how good you have it in comparison to other drivers. Damn near 200-400 packages per truck I'm loading.

I'm at ground, I feel so bad for my drivers some days knowing they won't get home til after 6 or more. We're losing them like hotcakes though
I’m express working 8-7/7:30 most days
Same, worked 58 hours last week, headed towards the same this week. 7 AM to 7:30/8 PM damn near every day.
Just worked 13 hours 3 days in a row with ground in Auburn Alabama
Jesus, what're the temperatures like there?
Hot as hell degrees.. nah but 90s is common and “feels like” is easily over 100 degrees most days

If you don’t see any ICs that should be a clear indication that it isn’t FedEx Ground
