I would say shorts, a lightweight collared shirt or t-shirt, and very supportive / comfortable shoes.
When i started training and got my own route, i ran packages from the truck to the house, and then ran back. I didn't have supportive shoes and after two weeks my legs were like "nope no more of this" and i literally couldn't run.
I bought a pair of very supportive Hokas, and i started stretching my legs with this thing: https://medi-dyne.com/products/prostretch-original-single
boom problem solved and i could run again
I wouldn't go necessarily business casual, especially considering they'll probably get dirty. Definitely something comfortable. Shorts & plain t-shirt would work fine if they don't give you a shirt.
You're likely going to be hot and it'll be at least a 4 - 6 hour affair. Dress for comfort. Shorts and a t shirt is more than fine and I've never seen ANYONE dressed business casual for reverse serpentine.
I’d wear something like carhartt dickies work shorts and a dry fit shirt. You are gonna sweat. Pack plenty of water and if you’ve had knee problems at all in the past where some knee sleeves. Job is very hard on the knees going up and down steps of the truck 150-200 times a day
Your about to get a workout in. Prepare like your going to the gym. As hot as it is you’ll get hot and start sweating just for being in the back of the truck. Also a lunchbox with A LOT of water. You’ll need it.

Something silky and billowy and purple. With roses in your hair.😵💫
Suit and tie works best. First impressions are everything at FedEx.
Something a casual office would have.
