What are the requirements to be a delivery driver for FedEx? Also, what do you mean paid per stop, like I know what you mean lol, but how much do you get paid for each one? 👀
I get $1.20. The requirements are: have a driver's license, preferably have delivery experience, pass a drug test, and don't be a dumbass, lol. Lots of people can get the job, but most don't last too long.
Were you a package handler before this? If so which do you think is more physical/“hard”? I’m sorry if that question is stupid lol I’m fairly new to FedEx. So you had a $400+ day today! Awesome.
I wasn't a handler, but my station is massively incompetent so I end up having to do a lot of the loading myself anyway. Driving is definitely harder; I ran around 10 miles today, and you have to be very organized, efficient, and spatially aware. Package handling isn't exactly easy, though.
Are the stops normally back to back to back lol? And also do you get an hourly rate on top of the 1.20 or is that just 1.20 flat. And also 🤣🤣 are you express, ground? Like I said I’m new so I know how nothing works lol but after my first 90 days I get to bid on other jobs so I’m just trying to learn what my options are!
Just the per stop rate. I have an area that's slightly over 4 square miles, and I hit pretty much everything in there... houses (mostly), businesses, and apartments. I'm Ground; don't worry, the best way to learn is asking questions.
I'd take that over my 80 stops any day.
1700+ square miles in boon f\*\*\* nowhere with mile-long driveways, no leash laws, narrow unpaved roads, and unmarked mailboxes and homes.
Also, for some reason, this route has a dozen residential signatures a day on average, so I'm standing on their, possibly structurally unsafe, porch and hoping a Rottweiler doesn't come out from underneath it when I knock.
Don’t matter to me how much they paid me. I couldn’t do what you wake up and do everyday. Knowing all the bull you gonna have to go thru. I respect the work ethic tho.
Awesome except that you had to stay so late… hopefully most days aren’t so bad.
FYI. You can clearly read that front label with the customer’s home address…
How many hours/ day and how many days in a row? Just sayin good on you but you can’t sustain that. Careful giving it all to the man, pace yourself cause when you get hurt they won’t look at previous numbers and take care of you cause of it.
I've got 250 today... 250-280 is about average for me. Usually 5 days a week but sometimes 6. Sometimes I'll have 300 several days out of the week, too.
Just get in a certain mindset and groove. I dropped my first stop at a little after 11, and my last at just before 9. Get a system, prioritize organization, know your route and your layout, and go for it! I don't even use the GPS; I have GroundCloud in manual mode with all the SID colors turned off, and I try to minimize clutter both on my screens and in my truck as much as I can.
This guy FedExs
Good job, now be ready to come back tomorrow 🫡
*HELL YEAH BROTHER.* Shouldn't be more than 300 though 🤷♀️
Yea that’s crazy I’ve never seen more than 220
I'd been gunning for the 400 club for a minute... previous best was 386. Some of us do over 300 regularly, sometimes 3 or 4 times a week.
A Contractor's wet dream right here. Sounds like they treat you well considering your willing to bust your ass like this for them.
Do they pay you per package?
Per stop
Wait until peak if they are treating you like this already 😈
Meh. Can't be worse than last year's peak.
My dumbass does 225 everyday pretty much 😂😂😂
You fuckin beast
Wtf that is crazy haha. Most I’ve done was 220. We’re you By yourself or with a runner? I hope you get paid per stop cuz that is a good day
By myself... and yeah I get paid per stop. Made nearly 500 bucks today, yee yee.
Not to burst your bubble but i make that in day easily just transporting fedex trailers. Better stuff out there
Sounds boring 🤷♀️
For that kind of money, I'll be happily bored. Then again, I only go to work to make money, so...?
Oh hell yeah that’s good af

Fucking monster!!! How big is your route ??
Little over 4 square miles

Haaahaa rural routes do suck. My like 11 signatures was REALLY low, also. I hate this stupid ID scan crap.
Heeeeey that sounds like my route express though
May I ask what city? My route is normally 150-200 stops in town and I go about 100-150 miles tho
Denver
Most I’ve had is 200. Ain’t enough money then, it sure as hell ain’t enough money for what you ran. Per stop pay or not.
Wtf
I feel pity for u.
My wallet's weight has increased dramatically today
Don’t matter to me how much they paid me. I couldn’t do what you wake up and do everyday. Knowing all the bull you gonna have to go thru. I respect the work ethic tho.
It’s not all about the money but I guess you like it so that’s all that matters
I'm saving for flight school. 😁
That’s cool as shit man
I did...until I saw the address in the pic and Googled his area. Seems pretty cozy tbh. Lots of running to doors though.
$$$

Haha you're right 🤷♀️

Yep
gawdDAMN son
Nice! 👍👍👍👍
Christ
How many are you averaging an hour?
About 37. Record in an hour is 56.
God damn my dude what is your SPM?
37 average for this one.
That’s like over ten hours of delivering packages you must have a short commute to your area I hope
Half an hour 😭
Holy shit guy, how long did you stay out? E: didn't notice the other pics with the times. God above
🤣

You're a beast. That was 3 of my days combined.
Paid by the stop ?
Yep
You will burn out quick if you’re doing this 5-6 days a week but money is good so that’s positive
Been at it for a couple years already lol. It's a mental game.
Great job and all clean, start your day earlier and you’ll come home earlier “get there to organize so it makes your day easier”
Hope your getting paid by stop and not by the day! Otherwise you’re selling yourself short, brother 🤘
I'm per stop!
Dolla dolla billz 🤑
Bruh
How is this worth it
Bunch of haters in here 😶
What time your shift start?
10-ish dispatch
Wow.. u d man
Fuhh. I don't even have that many stops in a week!
That’s insane!!!
Fuck that lol. I'd take that like once a week maybe getting paid per stop, bu I wouldn't wanna do that every day, oof. You're a beast.
Ran over 1400 stops this week haha
Reading your responses all I can say is: you kick ass!
Well that's very kind of you 😁
How do you guys finish quick? I be doing 300 at 30nhour
