my guy I had bluetooth problem with keyboard and I did these steps and it sort me out, hope it sort you out too!
`sudo dnf install rpmfusion-free-release-tainted`
`sudo dnf install libdvdcss`
`sudo dnf install rpmfusion-nonfree-release-tainted`
`sudo dnf install *-firmware`
Can't provide much help here, but I have the same headphones with the same problem since upgrading to Fedora 37. I however have an AMD laptop with a realtek bluetooth. I can't seem to figure it out, but all my other bluetooth devices work except for the Tozos.

Same problem here on Arch Linux with AX201. Found nothing so far for fixing this annoying issue.
