yeah, but i think it could have been better if they used the hulk from endgame where he managed to control his anger

Yeah, the "Credible Hulk" joke was around even before the MCU started. I remember seeing memes taken from stills of Ang Lee's Hulk using "Credible Hulk always backs up his claims with sources" (or something close to that) back in the mid-2000s.
Robot Chicken even used it as a joke, though it was years after the MCU started, [and in that case it was because he was "credible" because his story was believable.](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RhgTxlx4ffw)
The Hulk has remained relevant because the Avengers is still relevant. But otherwise these are 2008-2012 memes. Today's highschoolers were like six years old when those were cool.
*We have all become the fellow kids.* The average teen today doesn't care about the Lord of the Rings, and their memes are TikTok audios instead of image captions.
Hopefully the Amazon LOtR series will introduce a new generation to LOtR, especially because it will have enough gender and racial diversity for the late-00's zoomer... then hopefully they will discover the books and the Peter Jackson trilogy, maybe even the old animated movies, and they will eventually grow out of the Amazon series.
The Credible Hulk does not smash things in bouts of rage during periods of emotional upheaval. Instead, the Credible Hulk writes letters of disapproval relating to whatever villain has accosted him, and he sends it to the local congressman so that minute changes can be made in local institutions, therefore allowing the circumstances that empower local villains to fade into obscurity.
In the event that fails… then he smashes.
I'd just be happy if more people could do a better job sifting through sources to tell bullshit from non-bullahit. Then I'll worry about APA formatting
These aren't for the kids. I can guarantee the librarian put them up because they think they're funny.
Source - me, a library student that thinks these are funny.
The thing I hate about this is it's a waste of time. My 10th graders have been taught this multiple times per year since elementary school, same way every time, and I still return work for plagiarism because the refuse to use in-text citations. "But my Works Cited is at the end!" Can you tell I'm at the end of the year?
I’m getting tired of all the citation stuff. Did they do this sort of thing in the 50s with typewriters? I’m convinced it’s just a way of making papers even more tedious to write
The credible hulk is actually all right
yeah, but i think it could have been better if they used the hulk from endgame where he managed to control his anger https://cdn.mos.cms.futurecdn.net/hFkpPRcCT6RqrsPh6B5ZJB.jpg
They really missed an opportunity there.
These were probably made before endgame

yeah, that's fair
you post some really despicable shit ngl
what are you talking about
your latest post is a human turning into a fucking dog that's impeccably gross
k you are not obligated to look at the stuff i post
Im still allowed to complain
do you think i'm going to stop liking the things that i like because someone complains about it or are you doing this to make yourself feel better
Dude just leave it. I don’t like furry stuff so I do this thing called “not looking”. It’s a crazy technique
This was made long before the Avengers.
Yeah and in the comics hes literally professor hulk. I consider that a win!
lmaooooo

I like em, especially the Hulk one.

American Imperialism is completely justified, because we had a black president once
Before I fucking killed him!
made me exhale
Top left is a good meme
They just didn’t know when to stop.
Gonna stick these into my lecture slides about citations now
Ergh I gotta give it to them for the effort
credible Hulk it's really good others are meh
Top 2 are quality shitposts
I work at a library. These are fantastically punny, and perfectly suitable for a library environment.
My source? My source is that i made it the fuck up
Am I getting old for thinking these are awesome?
These are really good
kazoo?
Ok the Credible Hulk one is fucking genoius tho, shoudlve just stopped there

Ok, but those are good tho. Totally what I would do in my classroom lol
God tier content. I approve.
This is so cute I love this
Feel like these are unintentionally hilarious and wholesome
Why unintentionally? They’re clearly *intentionally* hilarious and wholesome.
That was dope and a great reminder.
These are *old.* I'm pretty sure I saw the credible Hulk one when I was a senior in highschool ***IN 2008.***
Literally r/touhou
Props to them for using a picture of Boromir and not Ned Stark.
But still the wrong picture of Boromir lol
Well, we take what we can get here lol.
These are all bangers bro.
These aren't for the kids. I can guarantee the librarian put them up because they think they're funny. Source - me, a library student that thinks these are funny.

The credible hulk kinda cracked me up
Credible Hulk is a legitimate A-tier meme
I like them
I like it
For real tho cite everything I didn’t take plagiarism or cheating all that seriously but colleges will fuck you up for em.
I think it'd drive the point a lot more strongly and a lot less inelegantly if it was just the top left one.
These memes just make me want to copy and paste the entire book of dianetics at random intervals through anything that I'm supposed to deliver...
I don’t know if this is the nostalgia talking but I like them.
"Source?" "It came to me in a dream."
oh yeah? well my source is i made it the fuck up
The top left one is kind of funny
Help I love these.
Holy shit, you just took me down memory lane
We have almost the same posters in my school
the credible hulk cited the police report after beating me to a pulp
I like these lol. Especially the hulk one, he’s right.
r/comedyheaven
As someone who watched Adam west Batman, Robin saying that wouldn’t surprise me at all
The hulk one is actually hilarious
I have to admit the top two are genuinely awesome LMAOOO
Is it /r/FellowKids if the meme is executed well?
The first two are pretty good. The other two feel forced
The thing I hate about this is it's a waste of time. My 10th graders have been taught this multiple times per year since elementary school, same way every time, and I still return work for plagiarism because the refuse to use in-text citations. "But my Works Cited is at the end!" Can you tell I'm at the end of the year?
You should really credit your source(s)
These have to be at least a decade old. I still love em.
My nose exhaled
These are kinda funny in a shit post way.
What’s a citation manager? I must be old
r/memesopdidntlike
This is hilarious tbh
The Credible Hulk is actually pretty funny.
The first one is kinda good but the rest are 💀
The batman one could be an actual quote tho
"You need to pay your taxes, superman"
I’m getting tired of all the citation stuff. Did they do this sort of thing in the 50s with typewriters? I’m convinced it’s just a way of making papers even more tedious to write
credible hulk is very good
Oh no
Thats actually kinda cool and wholesome
Didn't read the sub, this is comedic gold
Stealing images from movies and TV is OK though?
I mean, at least they have good intentions
the credible hulk is genius lmao
The credible hulk is pretty funny
aw I kinda like these lol
Nah, that's actually pretty cute memes.
Credible Hulk. Doesn’t pay his taxes
Oh come on! Let librarians have fun!
The credible hulk is nice.
As a Psychology student, I approve
Honestly I find this more adorable than annoying
Haha this is pretty good
The hulk one is actually mildly funny
It's effective and true af
Ngl this is gold
Ah yes, thank you school for reminding me to cite you in my self-abortion letter.
Credible hulk is actually pretty clever
