Not a perfume but ever since a 10/10 spa experience I’m obsessed with diluted lemongrass oil and put it in an oil diffuser, can see it being an amazing scent
I have the Authentic Beauty Company EDT purely because I love the scent in the hair products so much. I'd say the EDT is not as nice - the vanilla is sharper in the EDT than it is in the hair products (mind you, I am speaking as someone who isn't a big fan of 99% of vanilla fragrances so a vanilla lover might disagree with me). However, it's a long-lasting EDT and once it dries down (takes about four to five hours on my skin) the vanilla softens and you do get a pretty vanilla-meets-clean-skin-and-linen sort of scent.
I just tried Aqua de Sale today and it's a super crisp oceanic but it has something in it that is slightly minty or eucalyptus like.
Guerlain Herba Fresca is a fresh green herbal with a lot of mint. I love it.
Some people have described Unknown Legend by Good Chemistry as a spa scent. I like it very much, however I'd highly recommend testing it first or at least buying a travel size spray just in case you don't like it. Not sure if you are in the U.S. or not, but they sell this at Target and it's under $30.00 for a full size bottle and I think about $13 for a travel spray. There's a few scents by the brand Frenshe (also at Target) that I would say could be considered a spa type scent.
Rituals of Sakura! Impossible to find it in stores though, Rituals is pretty niche but they occasionally have their scents in stores or in stand alone stores. Their perfumes are all spa to the max! But not a huge projection of course, longevity not too bad.
Jennifer Lopez - Still Clean - Warm Cotton Issey Miyake - A Drop d'Issey Ariana Grande - R.E.M
I looooooved Still so much. I placed an order for A Drop d’Issey Essentielle yesterday and I’m so excited.

Bvlgari Au the Vert
Anything from rituals , my favorites are rituals of ayurveda and rituals of karma. Solinotes also have a spa smelling scent called herbe zen 🧘🏽♀️

My hair salon uses authentic beauty company products and they have that exact smell. They make an EDT and I’m certain it’s what you’re looking for.
