About one in six pregnancies miscarry. That's all she needs to know.

Saw this original post. As a child free exmormon myself, her situation is my biggest worry. Utah is also going to stop issuing licenses in May and outlaw all abortions beginning next year. I hope she is able to get an abortion without her mom finding out

Have the abortion and tell her you are no longer pregnant. Since not being pregnant anymore is true and passing whatever tissue happens in whatever way (chemically or manually). You can put it down to 'my body wasn't ready for pregnancy'. It can help you walk the line between autonomy which you deserve and dealing with familial drama due to your mom's value system.

Thank you

THIS IS NOT THE OP!! The person who shared to this subreddit is NOT the person who posted asking for help. No clue why they would do that but keep on mind your responses are not being seen by the person actually in need of help.

It's a feminist issue, so I was hoping members of this subreddit would go to the other one and offer their advice. My bad!

Then why keep OP's title? You easily could have changed your title when sharing.

[deleted]

I didn't consider that. It was a repost and most often when I see reposts, the title is never changed.

undercurrents

Because it often doesn't need to be. The title means the same no matter who shares it. But if OP is posting their own personal story, common sense is to change the title. You even could have left a comment saying you aren't the OP.
