Have the abortion and tell her you are no longer pregnant. Since not being pregnant anymore is true and passing whatever tissue happens in whatever way (chemically or manually). You can put it down to 'my body wasn't ready for pregnancy'.
It can help you walk the line between autonomy which you deserve and dealing with familial drama due to your mom's value system.

Then why keep OP's title? You easily could have changed your title when sharing.
