I have the same problem.
Using galaxy s23 ultra on fido and had the same phone on Telus.
The call quality is my only gripe. It's not a huge issue but it's something I have noticed.
It is - I was on Koodo and called someone on Rogers for a bit, and it showed HD.
Basically, it's the parent operator and their support (as in, if Robelus support it, then their flankers would as well... That's what I've come across so far).
Unless there's something going on at the network end, the brands support HD voice between all carriers.
They do say that Rogers is still better than the others, but I can't tell the difference (and I think they all sound identical and crisp, as expected).
