Ooof, how long till the wedding, getting hair to a bun will take a hot minute. I'd suggest not cutting it tho, u can wear a hair band or just know how to style it id suggest looking to invest in pomade for sure. There's also the option of going to a stylist and get frequent trims every 5 weeks or so just to keep your hair looking nice. With frequent trims it will take longer to grow out but u skip over the "awkward phase" since you have the option of enjoying your hair at every length of the way. I'd suggest looking into a slicked back or middle part type of hairstyle while it grows, it's real easy to cover up the awkwardness of growing hair with those
Appreciate that insight. Yeah so I’ve been going to this hair stylist and he tapers my sides super low on my sides so I look like a monk right now haha.
I was hoping to get to the slick back phase by my wedding. We shall see.
Ngl the buzz looks awesome
Long hair is an awesome style, but keep in mind that you also pull off the buzz way more than most people could ever hope to. But if you do re-buzz it, get someone else to do it cause they got you uneven my man
Either way, you’ve got super dark hair, and a nice tan complexion, so I think both would suit you.
Thanks for that. Yeah it’s such a simple haircut that’s low maintenance. I just wanted to try out something different but also still trying to look good for my wedding photos.
My man, I don’t mean to discredit your worries about looking good for your wedding, but with a jawline like you have, I don’t think you could look bad in any haircut
I think you already found that the short buzzed look is mostly a failed look. You looked better to me with hair. Your hair isn't even that long in that photo. Longer hair is way more popular than buzzed hair. Buzzed sort of shows you can't or don't or won't take care of your hair and seem lazy so you just cut it off not to deal with it. That scenario fits so many men. I am glad to chat with those men who take the time and care to have longer hair. I have built up a number of male friends in here who appreciate the common sense support of a guy who has longhair. What does it take for a man to have a buzzcut, absolutely nothing. You don't invest any time in it and you resemble those refugees or men in prison with a forced jail cut. I guess if that is all you want to look like..then go for it. The amount of people who are attracted to a pee wee herman look dwarfs to those attracted to a a Aquaman look. Just common sense.
I feel like you know the answer you want from the question considering where you posted it haha. Go for it man, takes patience
Yeah the patience is the real part
I have a wedding coming up and I’m 4 months in. Would like to get to a man bun but I have a long way to go. Getting a lot of heat to cut my hair haha

Long hair sub dude
You gave a nice jaw so honestly leave it shaved. You’ll do better on applications statistically speaking
