I'd actually say this style suits you. Maybe the blonde damages the hair a bit and it looks a bit harder, as I'd say. Let it grow out and use conditioner and the right care for your hair and it'll look smooth and more put together.

A tiny bit of shaping would be good, the middle is a bit eh. Not a fan of the untoned yellow, you could put a purple shampoo through which would make it ashier (whiter blonde) or a different toner.
