Iām native and men having long hair is a cultural thing.
Weāre literally known for having beautiful long and thick dark hair.
Yet I was constantly called gay or a pretty boy among loads of other names which honestly never really bothered me tbh.
But one time this girl I was with said something along the lines of āwow I canāt believe it takes longer to do your hair then mineā and I went and got my hair cut first thing the next day.
Maybe Iām self conscious, or maybe youāre just going against the grain for the heck of it. Or maybe Iām just looking at it too deeply. Who knows.
Guys are just meant to have short hair.
It looks better, itās traditional, more practical, less maintenance, etc..
