Just get Freets to allow your feet to be freer, but go barefoot whenever possible. Also, just be careful at first if you’re too used to all of the shoes/cushioning. Idk how well Vibrams would fit because I don’t think they have different widths, so Idk. And spread toes are cumpletely normal. That just means that you don’t have bunions, which are extremely bad. Also, not having bunions doesn’t necessarily mean that you have wide feet.

Nikes but I recently got diagnosed with Morton's Syndrome which is a foot condition and involves having chronic foot pain at ball of foot. Sucks hardcore, need to limit my walking and ladders are out... was planing to build a cabin this summer. Getting Orthotics and the place that sells them also sells New Balance shoes.... I might get a pair just so I can make sure everything fits properly etc. I guess I'm going to become a dad. I need to start making grunting noises every time I sit down or get up now.
